I frequent this place on regular basis with my daughter and family. They have nice collection of camping equipments , sports goods , sports wear , sports hardwares, fitness equipments and miscellaneous. I always found the staff to be really helpful and the shelves are decently spaced out. They been trying to help us abide by the pandemic protocols. Always had a pleasant experience with the team. A small hurdle being the payment app which I found to be bit cumbersome but am complaining since its all part of the pandemic protocols.I hear the wagholi branch is much bigger than this but I never been there. May be somedayThanks

Even though comparatively smaller to one in wagholi shopping experience in this store is pleasurable. Wanted to share my last visit experience. Specially security miss Shaila aware near the door saw her colleague busy with other clients she helped us by taking the scanner from him and checking our list and moving the crowd faster. Yesterday I visit this wonderful store to buy plastic headed dots, and along with a quality product I got discount as well. They have covered every little detail for making a best sports equipment place.

Scattered shop , no sizes , no quality check , payment and usage of app is pathetic for iphone user … products scan is not user friendly at all. Love Shopping here because of the below points -1. Most professional Equipment are available at reasonable prices2. Staff is helpful and polite and will always have a suggestions3. Generally I love visiting decathlon stores, buy most of my stuff from there. But my experience in this store was horrible, the staff were friendly and helpful as always but only one cash counter open on a Sunday evening and only accepting cash and no card or any other form of payment, they were trying to promote their app, which is fine but how about not forcing those of us who dont want to fill our phones with apps we barely use and just want to shop the old fashioned way. I spent an hour in the store filling up my trolley, waited in the long line at the cash counter only to be told that they dont accept card, even though the card machine is just sitting there, so because I dont have enough cash with me I had to leave my trolley and walk away. I understand that the staff just have to follow orders that come from above so I dont blame them but really disappointed at how decathlon treats loyal customers.

Good destination to do shopping for sports related goods. For each sports they have wide variety right from beginner to professional. Store is nicely arranged. Staff is mostly helpful.You get to know about various sports which are not commonly played in India. Only bad part of shopping here is, at times people tend to buy the stuff even they dont require it. So its always good to go for shopping here with some fixed agenda & stick to it.

A very large and efficiently managed mall.Good place to hang out..! Id been there for the first time and I really enjoyed seeing such a mall...All the major brands are available. you can easily spend 3-4 hr here.This mall is Punes biggest mall. There is two wheeler showroom like Harley Davidson . Here a very big screen is present for watching cricket matches or any other sport.The main attraction is the center area where different programs conducted on weekends/holidays.

I am a decathlon customer since 2012 the first store that I visited was at Whitefield I always had a five star rating experience at all decathlon in my past .. I was a regular customer at decathlon vilholi nasik and have good friends there and I am still in touch with them but here at amanora..1. I visited store on Thursday I know there shift management...but very few were available at store to attend customers.2. Items were limited as compared to wagoli store .3. Although I rated green a happy customer but its just for the products not for the people working hereI guess Mr Nair will look into it

The store is now open amid pandemic. They are strictly following the required guidelines and the best part about the store is that they have started self billing, so no queues for billing anymore. You can download the app and scan the QR code or barcode of all the items and pay on the spot. Store employees will check the bill and number of items on exit. Right now, there is limit of 30 peoples that can go inside the store as a precautionary measure.

A very nice place for sports shopping. I liked the offers provided by store on products. I bought a very nice sleeping bag just for 299 bucks. I bought bags just for 499 bucks. The quality of bag and all things are really am awasome.

I have visited the Tathavade store in Pune on 23-24th December. But most of the entry level bicycles were out of stock. I enquired and found that the Amanora mall branch also has short of stock. The staff was cordial but was clueless when asked when the stock will get replenished.

Horrible experience . At the entry itself the staff stopped me & asked /insisted to download Decathlon app to make payment. Why the hell one should download their app. Decathlon is not doing any favor by selling their products. Its customers choice to select the mode of payment. I opted to leave rather than downloading the app to enter. Please understand its customers market and one fine day you wont have customers if nonsense terms are levied. In spite of having good products Decathlon lost a me as a customer today.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEBought Spinning Bike, Bench and Weights which were fully paid from the Amanora Store on Sunday 10th Jan. And were assured of a delivery which we were ready to pay for additionally in 3 days. On Wednesday, we called to check and were informed that the products will be delivered in a day as they were waiting for the bench from the warehouse. We called up again on Thursday and were informed that the product will be delivered the same day. We didnt get the products on Thursday either. On Friday, we spoke again to Amanora Decathlon team and were informed that there will be further delay as they do not have their regular delivery vendor.This was totally unacceptable from Decathlon as a company, and after fighting over it and talking to 6-7 different staff, we finally got the product on Friday evening Jan 15th at 7:30 pm and now I have to assemble the bench and the spinning bike so to say, it took Decathlon almost a week to deliver the products, after following up and fighting with the staff over there for 3 days. Extremely poor customer service, now I am worried how the service would be if the spinning bike or the bench has any issues.A note to young team at the store, please get the complete background of the issue before calling up the customer and asking the same question again. I spoke/dealt with 7 different (Martin, Rohit, Vidhur, Neil, Shweta, Shawn, Mahesh) people in the store to get this through. The senior managements handholding and resolving issues is not upto mark.
