Quiet and cozy society with two buildings. It is situated alongside other buildings and stand-alone bungalows in a colony off the main highway. Being a pretty old construction, no lift facility available. No piped gas. There is only one security guarding manning the main entrance road to the society. No shops, grocers, vegetable/fruit vendors within walking distance.Good points -Safe and quiet, no traffic noise disturbance, nuisance of neighbors. Perfect for students.A garden cum play park situated inside the colony facing a lake is a great place for children to play and others to walk in evenings and mornings.Colony roads are well maintained and wide so approach by car/van/minibus to the houses is very convenient.
