You can visit the store and see the bikes, but theres just 2 guys handling the entire outlet and they will be busy with their work. You ask them questions and they will answer but theres no one to explain you about the features. If you ask for a brochure the answer is that you will find all information online. Test drive is also not available. I was almost determined to purchase the bike before I entered the store but I prefer to wait for a better version now.

Electric vehicles is new normal and gaining momentum across the country. Revolt is pioneer in it. The SB road showroom is good but there is huge huge scope for improvements in all fronts. I wish they strive and be on top in their buzz

There is one employee of this revolt showroom which keeps watch on customer visited to showroom from corner of building. Cool bikes for Young people having a economy range of 80-90 km per charge. It takes 4 units to charge once.Very good for short span of journey.

Worst Customer Service by this dealer, When queries are asked they just dont care and doesnt respond. I have been waiting for the bike since one year and still they are saying it will be delayed more. They are only taking advantage of being the first manufacturer, they will not last long. With this kind of customer service they are soon going to be out of business. Karma will hit them very hard.

Dont let u take test drives and also dont provide u proper specifications about these bikes, i asked him about the torque of the bike and he wasnt able to answer

After long wait, Showroom has opened recently. Staff is friendly and explained the features. Bikes are awesome and they have started test rides of the bike. Test ride will require driving license.Delivery of the bikes have been started recently.

I have booked the bike in november 2020, they have promised to provide in Feb2021, they said they will provide in April and now in june they have sent me an email that the bike is now available to get delivered, and said click on the link, when i clicked and confirmed for the delivery, pop was executive will contact you for further process from last 1 week i have not received any call or message, and the executive is not answering the call.

Bikes are very impressive. Staff was adequate. However Company needs to provide most important information like: Cost of additional Battery and Belt? If one wants to buy these items as extras at the time of purchasing the Bike.

Bike look is very impressive, quality also looks good, showroom is also at very good location, but it is difficult to park your vehicle, because there is no parking available you have to park vehicle somewhere else, they are not giving test ride because of covid situation and company policy. sales man are not that capable of explaining the bike features, they are not able to explain the bikes unique feature, they are explaining only those features which we know from online, he is not able to answer our simple question like why we should go for this electric bike?

Myself Tejas Chavan and I am Revolt RV400 owner(MH12 SM 5016) from Pune.I am not at all happy with service center services and company should take some strict action on it. There are couple of problems in my bike like Brake Pads, Remote key, Sound, Belt sound etc also I want to get Servicing of my bike for that purpose service center guys created my job card 2 months ago but still I didnt receive any update I tried to call them several times but they are not receiving my call so I visited service center once again but they told me they dont have material once they get material then will call me and now my bike giving more problems. Because of brake pads if disk or other brake panel get damage then will company give me that parts free.

The sales persons are attentive and possess good knowledge about the bike and technology within.Overall good experience.

Be prepare if you are buying Revolt Rv400 No Spare parts, No After Sales Service, No spare parts available in market. I went to both showroom in pune for complaining about the after sale service, but non of them bothered to take the issue seriously. I said to them my brake pads are worn away and you need to replace it asap on 3rd December they said it will be available of 18th December than now saying it will be available in next week around 5th January 2021..

Showroom is just open on the 5th of October the staff not well trained I dont have much information every detail question you ask them they like so we dont know well get back to you the response is really bad the staff also the number that is provided the mobile number which is provided nobody picks up the mobile phone so in terms of customer service I am really not happy however the product that is a bike itself is very good Ive already done a booking somehow let me see how the experience goes father and how the actual product turn out.

The venue of showroom is superb and looks like posh but as soon as you enter the showroom no one is caring customer. Its like sober environment.Asked for test ride and within 5 minutes i received the bike for it. It was RV 400, and offered with short spin. Handles like crazy n felt like little toy.The bikes in showroom are well built but really not up to the minimum market standards. They looks Chinese on the first glimpse itself. RV 300 available at 2999₹ for 36 month down payment scheme and RV 400 FOR ₹3999 for same duration.Whereas ₹96000 & ₹111000 for RV 300 & RV400 respectively. Mobile locking & paring is only available for RV 400 and RV 300 IS like old non feature phone.Though the products are good i think one can buy better option in market at this price what they are willing to pay.Revolt have to come up with good quality products.The parking in building is back side and the security guy siad not to park in building and park behind the building thats free

The showroom is located at S B Road, it is well maintained and the services offered are excellent. Management of revolt motors is good and explains their vehicle from every aspect of design and performance. Also, they use modern technology to view their animation and details. The thing I liked was the exploded view of their one bike hanging on the wall with all its parts and information. The visit was really memorable. Also, one can register for Test Drive and have it too.

Getting very bad experience of revolt service in pune(3rd class).. bike have acceleration problem unable to get pickup speed more than 40 even bike on 3rd mode(company max speed 85)2 rounds to service center.. revolt service center not reciving calls...no call back..after so many time efforts of calling (28 time tried within 3 weeks) service center recived my call and told me we dont know when your bike part will come.. its strange answer from revolt.. there is a lot of regret of purchasing revolt bike

Very poor customer service experience. I had to cancel my order due to some personal reasons and now they are making me call them every 2-3 days to get my refund. And on top of that, their customer service doesnt have a supervisor or manager to escalate the issues to and this is something Ive seen for the 1st time in my life. I have now sent them an email, lets see what they have to say. :-(
