I ordered protien from Big Muscle on 1st of October 2021.The product reached in Pune on 6th of October.Today its 15th of October, half month completed since I placed the order with full payment.Also the product is in my location since last 10days.As I call the customer support they daily say by today evening you will be getting the delivery but in vain.I am behind these people since 9th of October daily but nothing I am getting in reply other than sir aaj apka parcel deliver hojayga, which never does.I wish I could give you people 0 rating.

I was at the police station for passport verification their delivery personnel Tejas Kale called me and wanted the share code. I told him to come later as Im not home, he said parcel will go back, so trusting him to leave the parcel with the watchman, I shared the code, now my parcel and the delivery guy are not reachable, the pin given in sms doesnt work, the mobile cant be reached, the site says your feed back is already given. Thieves

First of all, the address mentioned here is wrong. I had spent around 2 hrs just to find out their correct address. Second thing, my parcel was received at this hub since last 2 days but they still didnt delivered it, so I had to collect it on my own. Worst service ever.

The worst service delivery management. My order as been undelivered since 2 weeks , even after address is correct the delivery person as marked as wrong address. Delivery person doesnt even call before delivery and directly mark it as wrong address. Most pathetic service provider. They are not even worth or zero star

Very bad opinion for delivery. It happened with me thrice, msg shows that our for delivery and will be delivered today; but on tracking after some time it shows that consignee refused order. Last three days i am waiting for it; and no satisfactory answer is received from customer care even. Very rude and irresponsible team.

The delivery guy was plain rude & shouting. asked me for the PIN I provided what came in message which was 5 digits.it wasnt getting accepted & he started shouting 6 digit he samazta nai he, andhi he kya. didnt even tell me his name & left while abusing me form my door to lift.

Horrible, horrible service. Total frauds. My shipment from Lenovo is lying at thier Bhiwandi hub for last 10 days. Thier customer care keeps lying about delivery date. Standard sentence - we are sorry for the inconvenience, you will get your shipment in 24 to 48 hrs. It is like a tape recorded message which thier staff is trained to say. After 48 hrs they will repeat same message.I have approached Lenovo to cancel my high end Laptop order as we cannot work with such frauds. The Pune address shown on thier website does not exist. My person went there and could find nothing. Companies like Lenovo should review thier contracts with such frauds, as eventually the end customer suffers.

Very bad service and damaged courier delivery. Also the courier boy has changed the product to local dealer and send the fake products to the delivery address. Due date to deliver my product on 23rd July. I called more than three times, no proper response. Every time i call customer case they have the standing answer it will be delivered in 24 hours. Portals are not updated on time. It is still showing 24th morning status.They missed the SLA, but no communication to the clients.. Even we call customer rep they dont have adequate information. One of the untrusted services i have ever seen so far.

One of the worst if not the worst courier service provider.. Especially in Pune, Maharashtra. I requested for a retun and refund for an item I ordered from Club Factory (another worst app and store itself), and the delivery boy from Ecom never showed up nor did they call. When I somehow tracked their customer care, they refused to schedule a pickup saying we called you multiple times and you didnt pick up. I mean what the hell.? I never received any call from their delivery person. And they were lying through their teeth saying we have call recordings. How is that possible if a call never occured and is that even allowed? So if you are getting served through Ecom.. Consider yourself screwed. Worst experience.
