I had a requirement for a roofing solution for a clients bungalow. I called this place twice and explained my requirements. The first call was transferred to a technical person who said he will call back. The second time they took all my requirements again with the commitment to call back and give various options for what can be done. No one called back again. Not a very good experience wherein for any inquiry floated in the market, the suppliers are ready to service it on priority.
