Shadow of a former glory!! If youve ever been to a crossword before, like a decade ago then you will be a bit underwhelmed by this one. Its not bad but its more like crossword drive-in version if there was one. Limited selection for management and self help books, decent one for fiction and really good one for kids. Rest the service and layout of store is good.

Was told the outlet cant order specific titles and has to sell only whatever the warehouse decides to supply. Online ordering even gets one discounts, the shop doesnt give any...

I visited it recently. The collection of books is average but not huge. Most of the new arrivals are available. Last time I visited their fiction collection was more than this time. Overall theres a good collection of fiction (mostly old famous books) and management and reference books are less.

The arrangement of bookshelves is very comfortable, there is no hassling.Books are arranged in a very ordelry fashion and its very easy to find a book you are looking for.The salesmen are also quiete co-operative.One can also get CDs, toys, book marks etc, there.One can also ask for a book which is then ordered exclusively for the person.The only hindrance is that the store opens quite late, but it closes late too, which helps when we have to buy a last minute gift while returning from work etc.
