Budget friendly property in a good location. I own a house here and have recently shifted. Society is near by green zone so you get nice mountain and farm view from your house and get fresh cool breeze every time. Society comes with almost all required amenities but its still under construction and it will take some time to get things fully complete but staffs are helpful. If you want peaceful location in one hand and market/grocerries/food stall stores nearby in other hand then this location is a fair investment.

Please fix the sewage pit outside BLDG B of your wagholi Oxy Desire site. It stinks terrible and causes a lot of mosquito. This was discussed with Mr Satav and he committed that this will get fixed however its has not and everyone had forgotten about it.

Hello everyone,Oxy desire is fooling people.. The price they quoted was 36.5 lakh until the government declared the registration cost to be reduced by 3%, this was suppose to be a benifit for customers. But oxy has taken the advantage and directly hiked the price by 2 lakhs exact on 26th August. Because Im an interested buyer we just left the project because they are fooling people. Wherein all the projects have reduced their price in the covid-19 pandemic these guys are doing exactly the reverse by hiking it by 2 Lakhs.

Love the society. But things arent so accessible

Please do not invest in this place. Extremely poor management. Complete conflict between admin team and sales team. Builder/director seems to be a genuine guy but the team at the site is not providing help to members and seem to be putting the blame on the builder for their incompetence. Please do not invest your hard earned money

Pros: Good location nearby highway.Cons: Prices are more than usable carpet area.Note that double bathroom in 1bhk is waste of carpet here.Also you need to go in bed from kitchen, it is also waste of carpet area.Also you need to count common walls of flat while buying flat here, there are more common walls in this structure.

Wrong calculation of electricity bill was first sent to members with high amount.When detected by members, builder started charging excess fixed deposit amount on electricity bill.No receipt provided on payment of electricity bill.Extremely poor management system to address member complaints.
