I have booked a flat at Tropica , Ravet in Dec-2017 , said possession was at June 2019 , construction work is too slow, I dont even think that they will be able to give the possession till Deb 2020. Construction Quality is also low. On Sample Flat they are showing high Quality material and actually using lower one.

I have a flat at The Island, Om developers!one of the worst constructions i have ever seen. It is full of leakages and cracks. The builder is quite lazy to take up any complaints and the whole society is suffering and is planning to file a case against the developer.I would highly not recommend these builders and any of their projects. I booked flat in island project in 2009, shifted in jan 2013. nice buildr, they were on time with commitments on delivery and good service also. they always treat well when i visit sales officei am thinking to book in the new project near expressway tropica.

Worst developers! Not trustworthy. I faced a huge loss by buying a flat at Tropica Ravet. Possession was delayed by almost 3 years. No amenities ready including the reserved car parking at the time of possession, hence I got a very low rate at the time of reselling. Got no compensation from Om developers for delayed possession and incomplete amenities. Avoid investing your hard earned money in this crap developers projects.

Easy to locate, currently road condition is yet to be in good state
