Builder is froud. I purchased one flat in shree Ganesh residency wagholi. He did illegal construction. Now he unable to get completion certificate. Builder denied to give completion certificate to society. Do not go for this builder.

Absolutely bad experience. Lots of defects in construction. Used very cheep materials and unskilled manpower.
