This place and people are completely doing scam with common poor people... They are advertising the property targeting the middle class people who are in search of land in budget .... And takes the money in the form of token.... And finish.... Only lies from staff... And your money is gone to their pocket will not gonna come back.Seems like in extreme hurry to take bookings, but when we started enquiring into the details, vague answers seemed to come out. After checking details we decided not to buy and asked for a refund of the initial token amount, they started telling lies and giving different reasons every time we called. They even cut the phone abruptly while talking its been over 5 month that they have not given refund yet, this raises doubts on their integrity. They say they will send back online refund, then call at their location at some random date but not keeping their word.

Not trust worthy, After going to office they force to pay an amount of 2000 rupees as token and also they commit by saying as its refundable. But when we cancel the booking of plot they will not refund 2000 and also wont respond to calls. By Chance if they receive call then they will come with excuses and some from Account department is hospitalised. Its totally fake office and not recommended to anyone

Same story again. Staff was disgusting and did not received the token amount that we paid instead they wont receive our calls. Guys be aware dont trust this folks blindly. I suggest you not go and visit their office as well.
