1. Possession is delayed by more than year.2. Permissison for 7 to 11 floors are not available and builder didnt inform to customers.3. Builder does not provide the things as promised at the time of booking such as construction of concrete road, possession as promised, Internals.4. Poor Quality of materails is used such as tiles, door locks etc. Mosquto rats are not provided.5. No updations on RERA Site.Overall very bad experience & wastage of money.
