Hotel was comfortable enough to stay and it was clean and maintained as per covid regulations.Staff were good and offered services well.Location is also quiet good for staying although the hotel situated in mid of city and near to road side.

A decent hotel with good rooms for the price point. 24 hours check in is available. The hotel is located very close to Pune Railway station and the municipal bus stand. Easily accessible by road. The staff is prompt and courteous. Overall a decent stay in Pune city center!

Polite, courteous and responsive staff. Had breakfast at the hotel which was quite good. Room and linen was clean. Ok place for solo traveller. Hotel was peaceful. Newspaper was at doorstep in the morning and also available in the lobby. Window lock of one of the sliding windows was not working. Restaurant is small combined with the bar.

Nice location, within 100 meters of PUNE JUNCTION, MAHARASHTRA. VIEW IS GREAT. LOBBY AREA GIVES GREAT FEELING. BREAKFAST IS COMPLIMENTARY FOR THE ROOM GUESTS. FOR TRANSIT PURPOSES AND FOR THE LOCATION PREFERENCE I SUGGEST THIS HOTEL, SPECIFICALLY FOR SHORT TRIP. SINCE ITS A HIGH COMMERCIAL AREA SO IF ONE HAS TO STAY LONGER THAN IN CITY THERE R GOOD OPTIONS. OVERALL I GIVE THEM 3 STAR AND TRULY THEY DESERVE IT.

They r fraud. If u check in at 9 pm; they will promice u 24 hrs occupancy. Means u can stay till 9 pm next day. But next day at 12 noon they will ask u to vacate or pay extra charges. I used to stay at this hotel during my every visit to Pune. But they did this to me. I wont stay there ever. More over receptionist are arrogant.

Hotel is situated opposite to railway station, so better not to expect cleanliness around the hotel. the rooms were okay to stay with family. this hotel is best suitable to travelers and small family only. There is no complimentary break fast. overall I would say if you are planning couple of months ahead of your trip, then you can book here since you dont have worry about reaching railway station whenever you are off the trip. you can reach in like 5-10 min by walk. else recommend to check other hotels also. for solo travelers this is no a budget hotel.

Very convenient location close to Pune railway station and bus stand .Autos and taxis easily accessible near the hotel. Has a breakfast buffet with North and South Indian items, not very elaborate but sufficient for those on the go.Good wi-fi . Restaurant looks should be improved though .

Very good hotel. Food, service, stay etc. every thing is excellant. Whenever I come to Pune I prefer to stay at Samrat. It is the only request to the management, that make the ramp at enterence be slightly flat in such way that the chasis of car should not touch.

The hotel is not obeying the Indian Sarais Act 1867.I went there, as my friend was not feeling well and wanted to use the wash room at the earliest but they denied us for the service and were communicating very harshly.Finally the watchman of the hotel saw our sorry state and showed us the way to nearest publlic toilet, thanks to that man atleast he has some heart.

This is my favourite hotel in Pune. The staff is cooperative, complimentary breakfast, rooms are neat and clean. English newspaper offered. And entire cleanness is here. Veg and Non veg food and Bar also here. It is very near from station.

Very helpful staff. Decent rooms. Great location.I wrote the above 2 years ago. Now I take back every word I wrote. Based upon my past experience, I booked two non AC rooms three months in advance. We checked in around 5.30 pm. The outflow pipe of the WC was leaking in one of the rooms, a fact that was noticed and immediately reported at 9.30 pm to the Reception then manned by Mr Javed. Beware of this man if you step into the hotel. He is a dark, middle aged, balding man. He asked us to remain in the room till another one became vacant - he would check up and let us know when.The next morning when I raised my voice and expressed my displeasure at having awarded such a room despite booking three months in advance, the supervisor was sent to examine the issue. Apparently he had been present in the hotel till 10 pm the previous night but Javed had not felt the necessity of involving him for such a serious issue.After the supervisor reported back, the GM of the hotel , who was present then, had us allotted a spare AC room in lieu of the defective room.Will not make the mistake of staying here again. And whoever has designed the hotel should have thought twice before putting the flush behind the WC seat - see the photo.

Staff except reception is friendly especially Ladies receptionists dont have sense of speaking with guests.we had unpleasant experience while checking out.Ladies speak adamantly and irritates by calling frequently during check out time. whereas kitchen manager Mr.Ashirwad j being prompt and modest showed wonderful quality in food especially Tandoori pomfret.in room service Tony Paul was amicable and helpful.overall Hotel is good for those stay for official purpose and not for couples wanted weekend getaway .
