I Gave Ps4 controller for repair which was not starting.They fixed it and charge was 1000rs.But later I found out that R2 is not working.So I gave them again for fix it, I stay far from the shop- around 15kms, later I got call, that its fixed. I went and checked but it was still not working.I asked babu bhai to keep the joystick for a week and when its fixed, tested properly then only give me a call. After few days I got a call, so i went to the place to pick it up and brought my own ps4,so I can check with my games, and surprise, it was still not fixed, they asked me to wait for some time so I waited and repair guy came with joystick saying now its fixed.So I tested and came home, I didn’t get much time to check throughout but I had tested it for 15 mins.After 2 weeks I started playing games and surprise!R2 is malfunctioning again! Now my R2 works like it’s pressed all the time so it means my controller is useless to play.Nor do I have energy to call them or Take controller all the way, my time is too precious.Don’t think will ever deal with them at least for the repair . Technicians are doing pathetic job, they don’t even test the controller properly before calling us.

I wouldnt even give a star. My ps4s hdmi port wasnt working last year. So I had it fixed from them. They had given a guarantee of 1 year. And here I am after 8 months again to fix the hdmi port. This time, I also gave 2 controllers. One controllers R2 button was broken and the other controllers left button (left d-pad button) was broken. They charged ₹900 each for the controllers and additional ₹1250 for the hdmi. This is bloody preposterous.

Very good service and repair joint. The people running this place are good and are very polite and really try to solve your issues. Personally I got my xbox one controller repaired and this seems like a good alternative to buying a new controller altogether.

I paid 5000/- Rupees, only to find out that it had an EXPIRED BATTERY..When asked them for a battery replacement, they said it will be Rs. 1999/-.Also, the charger was all rusted up, and COMPLETELY USELESS!.VERY BAD experience, specially when I found out that there was a refurbished Nintendo DS lite at CeX shop (Phoenix mall) for 2000/- only, with 2 years warranty!
