I was interviewed and told that expect a call within a week from HR as we need to close this in 10 days. I didnt receive a call even after 2 weeks. I chased the HR for feedback however was not informed anything. After 4 weeks got a call informing me that we are undergoing a mass hiring hence took so long. You are selected and HR will call you to discuss salary and joining details. I again waited for more than 10 days, didnt received any update. Chased the management again and then got a call informing me that my profile is kept on hold. If the other person did not join then they will call me. Highly unprofessional behaviour from Vanderlande management and interview team. Atleast they should have informed me earlier. The process went for more than a month and they did not have courtesy to inform me in timely manner.

The organization has great work life balance and good work culture. Everyone here is very supportive and helpful. Great organization.
