Peaceful ambience and a clean place. The masseurs are well trained and the experience was good. Prior reservation is recommended and staff were polite enough to call me up. You do get to keep your stuff in the lockers and get a good /jacuzzi after the massage. Pretty expensive though, and that was expected.

I wish they had negative markings on Google. Absolute joke of a manager who is always rude.Their website says a special price of 1000 for 60 min massage on weekdays from 10-5 pm. When you turn up, the South Indian manager says that this only applies if your therapist is of your gender (incidentally male masseurs are never present) Also, you have to start your therapy before 4 pm to get this offer which is not mentioned on the website.He refuses to give the offer, and when asked the difference in treatment between 60 and 90 minutes, he simply says the difference is the duration. I took a 90 min Swedish massage at a discounted price of 1500. This always turns out to be a 75 or 80 min massage. Their menu says that they use extra virgin olive oil but he admits that the oils are mixed. I guarantee that its some local oil. Also, their shower does not work properly and their masseur asked me to take a bath using a bucket and tumbler. They do not give bills too so all the money they take adds to their black income.I am going to contact the owner to see if they care about customers or if they are there to just dupe customers.

Shabby Place. Not at all maintained. We went there with an appointment for a foot spa. They dont have chairs for the same and also dont provide any change clothes (normal practice). The room was stinking and complete service was really bad. They would not accept credit card as it would attract taxes and did not provide a bill for the services. Never going there again. The massage was at so relaxing ,she applied lot of fragrant oil with proper massage. After massage she need to do scrub which she did like heaven . In package they had promise to give cake and juice which they have given had awesome taste. The towel kept in the bathroom was so soft. The room was also very clean. On our last day in India we decided to book a massage. Via TripAdvisor we decided to choose for the Lotus couple spa.The service I got from Rushali and Madhu was excellent. We had a lot of massages in India and this one was by far the best one we had. It felt so good and after the massage I feel so relax.. They are pure and give you a divine experience. Professional staff makes them differentiator from the other spa. They have wonderful facility and once you enter will like to renter again and again. The wide therapies and the remedies to your issues makes you happy. I was delighted to be here and am a regular member. Their membership plans are also exciting. I always feels 2 kg lighter and it actually weights 2 kg less than my weight after therapy. In fact I have reduced from 88 to 78 with this therapy. But it was also followed with diet and sports. Gajendra is the most professional person in this business I have ever met. He will never disappoint you for an appoint meant or change in appointment. He will always offer a soothing green tea and make you feel value for money. The one thing I am sure about if they come with life time membership I would be the first customer. I recommend all to try this one and realise what I wrote above.
