Last month we have face some issue with regards to printing, when epritcare started their new Branch in Mumbai, Now quantity is improved a lot and time to dispatched the order is same day or next dayOverall Happy with the service now

Extremely bad service and customer care.Had placed an order which got delivered to the client after 20 days only to find out that the print was wrong.Next, I requested them to reprint and send using a courier service other than Shiprocket(last delivery partner) in order to avoid repetition of delivery issue. They assured me that they would change the delivery partner.Thankfully they agreed to reprint but again used Shiprocket. They providee the delivery link which does not work and now they dont respond to messages too.From Pune to Navi Mumbai, a t-shirt could not be delivered even after a month. My brands name getting affected because of them.Extremely frustrating situation.I, as the product provider make sure the product gets delivered. They dont care and just say that we have shipped and we can do nothing about the delivery. You can atleast follow up with the delivery partner. Most importantly, change the delivery partner if such incidents are happening and the customer is requesting. You are anyhow charging for the delivery. Why not use a good delivery partner on request?

Please dont fall in for these great reviews. Mr. Sameer is Unprofessional, he is rude. They will never ever refund your money even if they cant fulfill your orders. They only have delhivery as their courier partner. Poor customer service, will never reply back to the ticket they ask you to create. Also they have their own brand by the name of Indissh. You cannot trust them, even if the product is out of stock, they will take your order. Not at all recommended for business. Worst service.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago, but seems like this owner together with google removed it! no worries! I am here again....... This is the worst supplier I ever had! Poorest time punctuality and response rate. Always ruins timelines! plus T-shirt colours are just worst! sky blue looks white, yellow looks too dark. They dont even print white background for dark garments! they are totally not up to the mark. Dont waste your time

First of all the owner is unprofessional, rude and will try and blame you for all their blunders. Secondly quality is horrible. Thirdly pricing is much higher compared to competitors. And most of all they are liars and will tell you they have 100s of customers when the truth is they are a startup with a very inexperienced team and a owner who has no interest whatsoever to help you grow your business.Whats funny is that all the 5star reviews are fake and from employees or acquaintances of the owner. Haha remember cheating can make a quick buck but can destroy a much larger business could have built with sincerity and honesty.

I am using Eprintcare for a year now. They saved my business from bad reviews during the COVID times. When most other suppliers were very slow in processing orders in 2020, Eprintcare was processing orders in 48-72 hours. Their tshirt print quality + tshirt material is very good. I get very less customer complaints compared to other print on demand providers. But, there is always room for improvement and they are working hard to improve their website and systems. Recently they have also reduced their pricing of tshirts, which means more margin for merchants. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Overall it is a very good experience working with Eprintcare.
