Had to collect death certificate. The process was smooth and the people helpful. Took half an hour only. Very simple form to fill up too.

I went to collect the death certificate and the entire process was smooth. The office is on the ground floor (section S-6). The forms were kept neatly. Filled it and submitted the copy from cremation grounds along with Aadhaar. They print out one sample to verify all the data. Everything was accurate and they give you as many copies as you need at Rs 10/copy. The entire process took about 30 mins (there were 2 people ahead of me). Both the people at the counter were professional & courteous. They did ask the person in front of me to go to another floor for additional activities. I was perhaps lucky that all of the paperwork was in order.

Very poor service. Had to visit multiple times to collect a birth certificate. Visited there 2 months after my childs birth and having filled up birth certificate form at the hospital itself. They made me fill up another form and asked to come after another month. After that I visited there 3 more times to either have issues with power or website being down. Finally when I received it on my 4th attempt, they messed up the name. Whats the point of filling up so many forms and verifying details if this cannot even be copied correctly? When I pointed out their mistake they very casually asked me to visit another office on Dhole Patil road. And when I went there I was redirected to Kasba Path office. I have only been running around since then for correcting a mistake that I havent even made in the first place! Its high time all this is moved online and general public does not have to go through similar hurdles.

Worst experience my kid birth certificate. Even though I had filled the form with my child’s name, the system did not reflect it and they asked me to go JM road to feed the name in their system. Also the whole office on 2nd floor does not follow social distancing and make a rush on the counter place. There should be someone in each department taking care of social distancing during this COVID times.

I went to this place to get the birth certificate for my daughter. The process was hassle-free. I just had to fill up the form available, attach the required documents, submit all at the counter. Though the one that sits at the counter looks stern, she is very cooperative. Note that the place is closed on second and fourth Saturday of every month.Regarding the birth certificate, the first copy is free, while you need to pay Rs.10 per copy if you need more. The process hardly takes any time and there is no rush usually. Just ensure you carry the required documents (Aadhar card copy, discharge letter however is not mandatory).Parking is usually available, based on my couple of visits and the parking charge is Rs.20.

Had applied for a birth certificate at the PMC Aundhs ward office, but when i got the certificate the mothers name spelling was incorrect, upon asking they said i would have written wrong but when i showed them the image of the form that i had filled they didnt have an answer to it, now they have asked me to go all the way to Kasba peth ward office for correction. Why should we suffer due to their incorrect data feeding in the system, but then i remembered that yes you are dealing with the govt dept so better go quietly and do your work as we require the document to be correct not them. Lousy services....

Had to wait 3 hours for something which needed not more than 30 seconds.Like every other government office, this too, despite being new, SUCKS.Employees arent present in their workspaces on time. Their highness, have to wait for an hour or so.If employees are so punctual, I do not need to mention about the officials seperately.E-payment only system made to reduce corruption, but only if it worked properly and employees knew whether it works or not.Beautiful building architecture. Was sweating for the entire time I was OUT of the rooms.

My experience was better than expected, I took all documents to get a birth certificate and took 5 minutes to get things done, staff was helpful and as I went between 3-4 pm it wasnt crowded on a weekday.

I had been there for birth registration and certificate, I must say they work in a very efficient manner. The office starts at 10.30 (although 10 AM is official time) and I was 3rd in queue. The people at office are friendly. My work was completed within 15/20 mins and I was out of the ward office by 11 AM. I couldnt believe my I was in and out within 30 mins. Im overwhelmed by their working and attitude towards general public. Please keep up the same work. You can get as many copies as you want at Rs 10/- per copy. First copy is free.

Photocopy facility is available in 1st floor so you dont need to go out for photocopy. Registration office is small and people are not really friendly here. One board is displayed do not talk on phone in office and staff is speaking on phone every time. No disciplined. So be ready to spend hours for your few mins work. Network is working pathetic here so expect spending hours here to complete your work.

Visited the office to get my sons birth certificate. The office building looks good though i did not like the infrastructure inside. It has ample parking space for both two and four wheelers. Though i would recommend to take a two wheeler if possible. Xerox facility is available on the first floor. The office for birth/death certificate is available on the ground floor. The timings are 10am to 4pm Mon to Sat. The office is closed on 2nd and 4th Sat of the month. The process of getting the birth certificate is smooth. You need fill up a form available in the offc, attach xerox copy of aadhar card/driving license/passport and discharge summary of the hospital. The first print of the birth certificate is free. Each following print would cost Rs 10.

The office is adjacent to Pt. Bhimsen Joshi Kalamandir. It is not well maintained as every other government building but there is availability of enough parking space.
