I dont know why this office is open for civilians. What you do is keep this reserved for Officials and give a bold warning ⚠️ about this courier office not to select if dont have patience.

Due to the delayed delivery of Parcel receipt of my vehicle which I had transported through Railway, I had to pay the fine of 900 to the railway.There is no proper message or call from dunkirkline and they are simply careless...!! This post office building is inside Airforce camp area and you wouldnt able to get inside easily.. The status of parcel was kept in addressee not found without any call or message.I had to go there directly to find out what was happening..but still I couldnt understand it !! But I had got postmans no. from there and after contacting him , he said it is not yet assigned in his name.. after loosing the hope finally I got it after 5 days.. Iam mentioning the numbers of postmen here (There is no working contact number of the post office.. !! ) This post office should be moved from the camp area..plsss

I respect Men with uniforms which includes the postman however disconnecting the phones of the office just because to avoid interaction with customers not fair. Army guards dont allow to go inside and ask to wait until the postman comes out which he is not aware when.

First of all, I am very thankful to all the reviewers for giving us a heads up about the service issues with this office. We faced similar issues. The only problem was that we were expecting our passports and the postman never turned up. But we called the office and they were very helpful and we received our details the very same day. I think they could do better.

If you unable to handle the management kindly closed the office. Dont waste gov money lazy People...

Recently My important courier had to deliver on 14 July and status was showing out of delivery then they updated status same day unable to locate address.Next on 24 July at 10:40:49 they updates status out for delivery and next minute 10:41:38 Item on hold Door LockedEven they dont share any contact number so anybody needy can reach to respective person and get the update .I recommend to not use ever India Post service going through Dunkirk lines S.O

Post office does not exists for Customers. Please dont follow google maps for this address, you will lost yourself for finding this address. This post office comes under the area of Indian Air Force and you know they will never allow you to come inside. Only you can expect several delays and error as your parcel goes back to sender. Contact numbers are like heaven if you got and ringed. I visited for total 5 days to collect my parcel and i was failed also. Thats what happened.

Only word would be muftkhor, dont do any delivery, you will find the same feedback given by so many people. These shameless guys just loiter whole day and waste tax payers money.

Located inside the Air Force Campus, currently the entry is restricted for all. Written permission might be required at the entry check post.Face mask is mandatory for all.

Today Dunkirk lines post office gave a call saying a packet AW253303658IN is received in my name from amazon and that person very confidently asked my address and then told me it will be delivered today , I told my staff to wait near our building to take the packet but none turned up and now surprisingly I am finding while tracking the item that it is being returned to the seller, what horrible and frustrating experience ,and now I will ask amazon to sue this post office immediately, extremely bad service, I am too ashamed and annoyed of this kind of service, shame on post office ,take immediate action to deliver this packet at the earliest,

Dunkirk Line Post Office, one of the worst post office. Ye log salary kis baat ki lete hai jab service deni hi nhi hai to. My parcel was arrived in Pune on 25th of July, no call from the office. Then I received a message about out for delivery on 05th of August 10:24 AM. And the funny part is they sent the parcel back to sender at 10:47 AM same day..... What???Ye log sirf government ka paisa kha rahe hai. Ye 1 star bhi isliye cause isse kam mai de nhi sakta!!!Pathetic.

Horrible service! They just call you when the shipment arrives at their centre. They never answer the phone and you’re not allowed inside the airforce station now because of covid precautions.The gateman says call them, they’ll get your parcel outside. How will one do this if they never answer their phone?

I called over their landline phone. Asked for details that my parcel not delivered. So a guy politely told me that Postman are for your service, you dont need to come over, post office is located in air force area so entry is prohibited. So then he committed to make delivery on high priority. Accepted that they have less man power to handle the load (Its allover the country, sad but truth).

Very poor service. they are not picking the call. After trying atleast 20 times. Some one picked up and put you on hold till you cut the call. This is the reason Indian gov should closed these non-working offices. They dont want to work. taking free salary from the taxes which we pay.

It is inside the air force campus. Its primary task was to provide postal services to IAF Personal but civilian also can use its services. Though its not giving smart services but for people living inside does not have better option so it is continuing.

Completely ridiculous speed post service, I really wonder why such offices exist in this era..their sole intention is to harass people, the delivery person came to my door and slyly stuck a piece of paper on my door handle mentioning I couldnt deliver your speed post as your premises are locked so you come within 5 days and collect yourself and I was available at my home the entire day and the delivery person instead of ringing the door bell and delivering the post to me left a paper and mentioned false reason there.And thats not enough, when I am tracking the speed post, its showing delivered on the same date.Can anyone please suggest me how an action can be initiated against the same?

I guess they just sit on there with all our letters. I could see many reviews stating short on staff - its true, but if that is the case it should be properly escalated. But no action is being taken and we continue to receive pathetic service. I dont know how post offices work but this is not a good way to function. Everytime you need to go yourself to the post office to collect your items as it is a self service counter. Plus I wonder what the postmen sitting there are sorting when there is no chance of them delivering the item!

Snail mail - as its called, if you are lucky you will get your mail delivered after sufficient delays. It seems high volumes and low staff causes poor quality of service. I found it best to have patience and deal with the area postman in a friendly manner.

The post man was sick. So I need to go there and collect the parcel which is inside the Air Force Campus. Civilians are not allowed enter the campus. So please go to VimanNagar P.O which is near the Air Force Campus gate. They will provide the pass to enter the Air Force premises.

Very worst, no one pick up the phone. Apart from this the very worst part and experience is that this post office is inside the Air Force area, so no civilian are permitted to enter. They told us to await outside. When the call gets connected they behave rudely and tell us to call again for your tracking. Also false updates of the tracking. If we inform them that the security not allowing us to come inside, they told us like they will come out at 1 pm not before it. I think this is the Worlds first post office where which is made for civilians and civilians not allowed to visit. Very bad experience, next time please dont send my things to this post office.

Such a pathetic service.. they will keep your post for days without any reason.. & would never pick up the phone. Once a while is okay one can understand this could be because of shortage of staff , but no matter whatever time you call they will ensure not to pickup the phone..I have called them more then 30 times in 2 days no luck. To begin with..the entry was from Viman Nagar gate. The armed forced officials didnt allowed us to go inside in two wheeler since one person was without helmet. However, he was very polite and arranged an helmet for me. Even provided me the way to locate the PO. PO staff were courteous and assisted me with my query. Thank you air force team and Dunkirkline PO team for their assistance.

They dont allow civilians to go in nowadays (inside Air Force Campus). And its the only Post Office in that locality where Speed Post arrives. In case you are in some urgency related to your package ... you are doomed. This is foolishness.Postal authorities should do something about it.

Pathetic service and Careless Attitude.Today i went to thier Office and enquired about my delivery. They said since address is not correct, we have returned the item back to seller. I mentioned the Address as Eon IT Park, but without calling to my number they have returned back my delivery. No one lifts the phone. 19th package came to Pune, same day returned to seller without any enquiry. Pathetic service...

My speed post package remained here for one week undelivered and no one even called , the package was somewhat bigger in size though but one at least expects to be informed. Finally I went to Viman Nagar post office (beside shri krishna) and told the status, I was given some kind of entry slip to reach this post office, although once here my request was catered quickly/cordially and package handed over, thats why 2 stars else just worth one star.

The location on the map is incorrect. The Post Office is behind the BRD Canteen. Recommended that one uses the Air Force gate next to Durga Mandir to get there. The service of the postmen and the staff over there was very helpful in resolving my issue. They were polite and quick to respond, even in their hectic schedule.

This post office is inside Air Force area. They dont give permission easily. Enter from airforce gate at Ganpati chowk in viman Nagar.

I called in office yesterday regarding my parcel one person (Vinod Marke) says they can not deliver your parcel as his son is sick, today he saying I dont deliver it on my specified address which is EON IT park. Once you become the govt, employ, u get the luxury to be rude and inconvenient to civilian. They get trained on how not to help the public and thr performance is outstanding. If you want to get ur any govt work done, u need to.leave ur self respect at home.This post office is located in airforce residential colony. You have to beg and explain ur situation to the guard at the gate to grant the permission to enter the colony to visit the post office. Its not a walkable distance and Plz carry a helmate if u r taking two wheeler or else the entry will be denied no matter how important its for u visit the post office. They consider as if we have some personal interest to visit their residential colony.Once u reach the post office. U wont get any help because their servers and electricity is always down and their attitude is ensure that u make at least Couple of More visits to get ur letter or package. The inquiry counter has no information, u will b asked to make the direct contact with the area postman. You can only find the postman around 9am mon to sat. Finding ur package in the post office and. Postman is.more.or.less treasure hunt and ur luck.Suggestions : @ Airforce authority : we civilian hv no personal interest to visit ur colony. Hence it will cost you nothing if try to be polite at the gate. Let us knw if u need extra tax to be nice with civilians.
