Ok..India Post can enhance services by having extension counters..Areas are developing but proportionately thenumber of post offices are as is. IPPB is. Welcome and expansion will create more avenues to the government

Bad experience every time. If those post-office people know anyone then they behave very good, properly otherwise they behave rude with other people.

Hopeless and very rude staff, never ready to cooperate with anyone and even doesnt talk properly.

Employees straight away deny to do any service saying they are not entitled to work on aadhar related services... all of them are rude and should be penalise of denying public service.

Pathetic...Very rude n arrogant staff...They dont even know how to talk properly...Timings given are till 5.00pmBut they will say we work till 1.00pm n thats our timing... But post will be open till 5.00pm...

Very arrogant and rude staffs. No one will help you , guide you, not even will speak with manners. Not at all recommendable. Please try to avoid taking policies or any service as it will lead to unwanted and endless wait in post offices. Most of the employees from post offices always deny to work. All the times giving reasons like server down , temporarily some technical problem is happened, a concern officer is on a leave and bla bla. Not even want to rate a single star.

Nobody answers the phone. You might or might not get your mails which do not have a tracking id (ordinary post). Book posts are always torn for no reason. These guys are careless as they dont have any fear of losing their jobs.

Dhankawadi Post office is not open in time, office time is 9:00 am to 5:00pm but post office is not open before 10:00am.

Very rude they are in office for sleeping not for working they should be fired very lazy not ready to answer you guide you i read tarrif board than that lady said no this rates are old so why the hell they have kept it i will say pagal log no other word

Indiapost steal parcels. My consignment worth 2500 rs was stolen and Im fighting in the consumer court for my money.
