After sales service is very poor.Even after getting 3 years of warranty, they will never come to check for any repair works (even if you call them everyday).In the end, customer will suffer.Not recommended.

After sales service is very poor. Even after months of follow up, the owner (his name is also Akshay) did not care to come and see the bathroom leakage. They promise 3 yr warranty but dont honour it. Also, the rubble from the work had not been disposed off. Please be careful before you take the service.

The Engineers were fast in their work.The cost is also reasonable.They have given three years guarantee. Let us see how the waterproofing survives.All the best to the team.

Problem not fixed properly. Took the money gave a 3 yr warranty but did not showup. I have called them atleast 15 times....everytime they promise to fix it but do not even come for a visit. Had a bad monsoon...very upset.

Got work done from them in 15th June 2020 with a TWO years guarantee as mentioned on their Invoice # 977 dated 21 June 2020. Within 10 days when it rained, immediately the leakages reoccurred and I intimated them. Till date they have not bothered to come and fix and do not even bother to answer my call or revert to my messages

2 days work was done in 2 hours by some local guys and not professionals. They take money and never ask you again how was the work done. I am not happy with the work they have done.

I did and paid exactly as they asked me to. However, my house has leaked again. That is okay. They promised me to come and take a look at the leaks in the house but they never came as per promise. Now they have stopped taking the phone.EDIT: They have responded below that they will visit again. However, they have made several promises that they would visit on a particular date and time, but they did not visit. This has happens multiple times.Furthermore, they have stopped answering the phone.All this is an excuse as they have agreed on the phone to visit and just have a look at the various leaks, so that the action plan can be decided. This has nothing to do with any lockdown as they would not have agreed on the visit in the first place.

Waterproofing work at my terrace done by this people. Work was not done properly. Leakage again started within warranty period. till today they are not come to repair inspite of continuous follow up. dont call this type of unprofessional people.

Efficient work , trained staff members especially Sagar Kamble , his work is excellent and the proprietor of Waterproof Solutions, Mr. Ashish Sankpal - he is very polite and soft spoken person , any concern issues in the society ,we always consult him and gets it resolved at the earliest.
