I wanted to change two flush tanks and two toilet seat covers in my flat. Called up Kirti Hardware ...he gave me mobile number of the plumber.Called up the plumber and instructed him to do the job all by himself and inform me.Sometime later the plumber calls up and asks whether I want a normal one or Parryware, being finicky for quality I told him Parryware.When I went home and saw the stuff it was worse than a normal product.I had been passed a local product naming it Parryware.This is the last time I will be dealing with such behaviour...

The essential no fuss shop for all hardware and plumbing needs

Wanted to buy some gear which was not available at other stores so I was pointed towards this one. The store was highly understaffed, only one person was helping all the customers which was not good since there were many people waiting. Most importantly no one in the customer group was following social distancing and the store seemed totally okay with big crowd in its front door, which has become these days a recipe for a outbreak distser. Not looking to visit here again unless improvements have been made.

This place is a rip off.. though they have all the hardware.. the cost is sky- high.. water mixer for example : Rs 1650... other hardware store at Bavdhan is Rs 1400...adapter for water sparyer : Rs 20... it is hardly Rs 10 elsewhere.. these ppl are just taking advantages due to their well reputed name.

The sales man gave only one hinge of comod cover hence I had to come again for collecting second. Also the plumber Bobade tried to fix it but the nut was slipping and we had to purchase new hinges from another Shop. It took three hours for job of ten minutes because of low quality of supply.
