I need to be brutally honest here. I had an innate sense of distrust towards physios for the most of my life. I always felt that it was a profession aimed at ripping off people by doing random exercises. so when I when I heroically tore all ligaments of my knee, and was referred to Dr Anood faqihs physiotherapy sessions, I went in with suspicion,hoping to just get done with a few sessions and leave it mid-way. you know those rare moments in life, that happen to change your entire perception for the better, once you know about the honesty behind it, going to Dr.Anoods physio sessions was one of those moments.Dr.Anoods implacable work ethic and devotion to her craft is unparalleled and is something that strikes you, immediately when you enter the clinic. Her scientific knowledge behind the anatomy of the body is mind boggling and she puts it to effective use by suggesting the precise exercises that have an immediate effect on your recovery. Case in point, my own surgery where I had a full length acl tear along with complete meniscus tears in both sides of the knee.My recovery was estimated to be a whopping 6 months by the best docs in pune. Despite the grim recovery schedule ahead, I was back to stand-alone cycling in 2 months and jogging within 3.5 months. And mind you, I am the laziest as lazy can be and Yet thanks to the masterfully guided exercises and recommendations, I now feel fitter and stronger than ever before.Dr.Anoods ability to deal with lazy beings like me and yet provide fantastic results is truly an art . I remember my 1st day when I was not confident in walking, was totally reliable on one leg, cant stand for more than 2 min due to microfracture in my left knee. I was refferred to Physio Studio by my family Doctor for back and Shoulder pain. Both Dr Anood and Dr Sayli are professional in thier approach. Before they started the treatment, they ensured the pain is not relating to cardiac and after referring the ECG and stress test reports , worked out a plan for me. They personally supervise the sessions and work along with the patients. Timing wise they are flexible and accommodated . To take care of the progress they are also firm that the patients are regularly doing excercise at home in case of break during the session. My shoulder and back pain has totally gone within 2 months of treatment and I am currently undergoing treatment for posture correction.
