2 stars is only for the quality of photos that were shot of our new born at the time of his discharge from Cloud Nine, which were commendable. Soft copies were also emailed to us immediately. However, the package we opted for comprised a photo book and a frame, for which we have been following up for 6 months since the shoot and yet to receive. Some reason or the other is given every time to delay the delivery of these. Our insurance package also comprised 1 complimentary photo print. This was a very simple one which would have given the wow factor intended had it been handed over to us on the day of discharge instead of 5 months later! G K Vale has an excellent reputation down South, which is being ruined here by such poor customer service.

Quality of photo really good, photo shoot is done with all COVID protocols and proper sanitisation

The only reason I ended up with this photographer is cloud9 hospital and i deeply regret the idea. How can cloud9 appoint such a irresponsible person as there photographer.Before selection of package and discussing on delivery time line this guys will agree on any time line which you ask for but once the payment is done , the never ending process of follow up starts.Once you are discharged from hospital, your complete focus on taking care of new born baby and mother, delivery of photographs and other commitments from the photographer is one last which you want to worry about.But days will turn into weeks, weeks will turn into months and probably a year if you dont follow up with this person.My delivery of photograph is still pending, it is more than two months now. And yeah, still follow up is ongoing.What an unprofessional, careless person i landed with for such a sweet memories.
