I had visited Wellness Wakad last Saturday for some hair solutions and cosmetics and we were told by the staff that they will give 15% discount for order above Rs.3000. However as all the items were not available we promised it will be delivered on Sunday. On Monday I had to call and ask abt the order and were told that it will be delivered by tomorrow. We got the delivery Invoice #47724 with Bill amout of 5496 when calculated the discount of rs.702 wasn’t accurate and was not as promised which 15%. When we called wellness and enquired about it we were told one of the items is under cosmetics and discount can’t be given. We tried to explain even after remove that particular item the discount amout is incorrect but the staff did not listen. Then we were told discount if 12% was given in rest. I have returned the order. Please be careful while ordering from wellness we happen to check the bill and hence we came to know abt the discrepancy. The staff needs a proper training as they commit one thing to customer and then make completely different bill. Really disappointed!!!!!
