I have been here thrice and all the times the medicines I needed were not available. They seem to be least interested on even trying to sell.

Pathetic service, the shop manager refused me to avail buy one get one offer, instead he started giving false information as the promotion ended last month whereas the poster just below the cash counter gives clear information as the promotion is upto Dec 31 2018, I left with out arguing, these offers may be only for staff exclusively, not for appollo card holders or any normal customer.

Worst Outlet. No one answers call. When orders placed via app also, they accept order and later they cancel owing to which customers amount is not refunded for 5-6 days. This is really pathetic. Staff is not aware what they have in their shop.

Very bad.. Thy dont exchange or refund medicines... Other chains do it.. I wont recommend..

They sell just basic medicines only
