DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT WET PETS. Worst experience Ive had. Tank I ordered was scratched and not cut properly. Glass is uneven and not clear. Also the finishing of the stand that I ordered was horrible. Owner is rude upon reaching out for the bad tank I received, the owner avoids picking up calls, bad after service. When told that the tank is defective the owner says that you cant expect a 100% clean and precisely cut glass. All in all DONT waste your time and money at this place you will be cheated.Owner replied to change glass after a week of my tank sitting in my house that too after multiple attempts. The whole point is why provide a defective glass? My whole life stock was to be delivered the next day. My tank was all set with substrate and everything. He expected me to empty my tank which is set and remove my substrate and send the tank back to him with my expense. Extremely Unprofessional behaviour. Owner is too busy to answer calls and provide after service but has the time to respond to a negative review.

Trying to reach the owner for after sale service.Even after paying full amount still no response.

Poor service. The shop is good, with good variety if fish and decorations. But the service is dismal. They do not obey any timelines. My suggestion is do jot pay them until the product is delivered to you

One of the worst services you can get. Low quality products used.Before buying the fish tank, they talk very sweetly and if after you face any issues, they wont even think of any customer satisfaction.In my case took a 1 ft fish tank with a led light. The light stopped working in a week.When asked about fixing it or replacing, they denied it. Told to take a new one for 350 rs.Talked very rudely.Fixed the same for 50 rs.Never think of going here.

They have good collection of ornamental fish, aquariums, fish feed food and air filters, etc equipments. The only thing is that its double the price on everything. The irony is you can literally find many places in Pune which sell the same things and fish for half the price.

The worst place to buy fish and tanks in pune. Had the worst ever experience. The quality of tanks are inferior and prices are doubled. They have a broken tank and said they would replace. Then they went back on their words. The fishes died in 8 hours even after replacing them to an alternate glass bowl.People please do not go to this place ever. They do cheat the people and have very arrogant behaviour to the customers.

Poor post sales service. They take appointments for tank cleaning but never turn up for the service

Too much expensive shop. they charge at least 30-40% more compare to other aquarium store. Sadly this is the nearest aquarium store for me so sometime i had to visit there.
