Prathamesh and Tushar are most helpful and cheerful all the time. They will ensure you are never out of food or other supplies. Home delivery is within the promised timeframe, which is most critical since a lot of the food I buy from them is used to feed my local dogs. The Paw Factor is the go to place for anything and everything for pet parents in Pune. They are extremely informative, ethical and believe in service first. There is a vast range of pet products and are very responsibly priced. Importantly they don’t try to add products to your cart, on the contrary Prathamesh will remove products that he thinks wont be useful. Sanika is the most amazing person and will make sure you get what you need, and a quick chat with Tushar will always help you learn something new about your pet. Overall I am extremely happy with the store and its wonderful staff.

Best place for Dog training, food and accessories very helpful and provide good guidance.

Never visit this shop, groomer dont know how to cut the hairs and they keep your dog for 3 hours and the work they did is like just 10 minutes work.Pathetic service and they cut the hairs unevenly

Prathamesh and Tushar both are very gentle and genuine with the pets. They are always stocked up with the products too. I definitely recommend their grooming services. Havent tried their boarding and training facility so cant comment on that.

The paw factor are really very efficient dog trainers. Importantly prathamesh who teaches dog owner about how to handle a dog.I got my baby gilden retriver trained by him and he is really awesome while handling dog. They also treat a dog will love and responsibility.Do visit a place and get your dog trained from here. Really a good experience to train and lern how to train your own pet.

Owner is very supportive and helps you getting right food for your pet. I have a Persian kitten and I got so much variety here in wet food, dry food and chew stick. Also they have scratching pad or toys. They have many things for dogs as well.

Hez someone who actually loves dogs and does not just train coz of money... If anyone wants to consider training hez really good... He has a pet shop and boarding facility too... Keeps the dogs really well..no unnecessary tying up or locking them up... m rest assured that if m not in the city, Tushar will keep my pups just the way I do at home... hez made boarding fun for dogs... in fact if you drop by at Paw factor youll find the little babies roaming around freely and he takes special care of their walks and health...We totally recommend him.
