They sell stale and rotten food.I purchased a bag of 15 kg Royal Canin and it had full size worms in it. My pup vomited for three days in the whole lockdown situation. When i complained to them they told me they are sorry and going to replace the bag . Then follow ups and more amd more follow ups , afterwards they told me they have nohing to do with the bag and its Brands fault.they gave me Royal Canin guys number and asked me to deal with himDont trust them , the Royal canin guy did the same thing. Initially told me that he is going to replace the baga nd afterwards denied. Bunch of frawds working together
