A very good accommodation for long term and short term stay. Hygienic and Clean rooms and bathrooms. Liberal than most of the oppressive girls hostel of the city. Humble and good natured staff.

This is nice pg as they do not have any restrictions about timings. Cleaning is done everyday, the facility of washing machine, fridge, wifi, induction, free parking is add on... Convenient to pay the rent as everything is handled on the app.. even we can give review about everyday cleaning and complain on app as well...the area is also fine.. everything like shops, medical, grocery, stationary, bus stop, hotels and mess etc...are nearby (walking distance)

Best place to stay. The rooms are daily cleaned, and are properly santisied. The whole staff is very friendly and co-operative.

Good living for females as cleaning facilities are too good but too expensive and lot of problems while paying dues. Zolo customer service is also not so cooperative. Refund policies takes too much time .

They have the worst housekeeping staff worst property caretakers she’s very arrogant and rude to my roommates and me. Through any problems they never listen to us or help us. They always say we cant do anything . Never had such bad experience with PGs ever. For everything they say raise a ticket and without even checking our problems they close the tickets and never respond. The customer care never answer the call. Even during pandemic they want rent on time or they will charge penalty. Such heartless service.

Good services even during lockdown and post lockdown..Best place/pg to reside for girls as it is secure and with all necessary facilities, very near to the main road, close by many shops are there as well (locality is good).

I had booked a PRIVATE ROOM in Zolo Garnet.They have also not added photos of the property on their website.When I visited the site, there was only one type of room available and they were all three sharing. One bed out of two beds was placed behind a wall and they claim it was Single Sharing. It was not even close to the PRIVATE ROOM they claimed on the website. It was a three sharing room, with one bed kept in isolation IN THE SAME ROOM.They should have at least kept photos on the site, or clearly mention that all rooms are three sharing rooms.

Loved the way they r taking care of each n every single girl. Not only taking care but also sloving each individuals problem n giving their best they can. Listens to each of them patiently n has good patience to listen to customer who is frustrated, n makes them happy with satisfaction.

Good services and affordable pricing. Hygienic and clean rooms. Regular housekeeping services, mess food available at 1800 per month. But there is no difference between single sharing or multiple sharing as the rooms are a part of 2bhk setting. But some of the rooms have balconies opening to good view. All in all, its a a safe and comfortable space to stay.

This property was good till it was not with Zolo. Worst Property Manager Ever...She will hardly receive a call of existing tenets and if its a new number she will pickup for sure.Highly irreresponsible if you have any problem and you want to complain she will listen to it and will let it go... No actions will be taken no response will be provided unless you take it to the next higher authority person.She submits a good review on Google for herself from other tenets phone.She never bother if you having any problems she has nothing to do with your concer till you just enroll yourself here.The price is high compared to the services provided. Food is not good. No one here takes the responsibility to share the complete information, issues with water, cleaning.Its not worth to spend this price at this property.The Zolo might be good in other cities... But not here in Pune.

One of the worst hostels to stay in. Tenants are forcefully told to write good reviews of the stay and environment. The caretaker is never present to address any issues the tenants are facing. Food is not as per the menu that is provided in the app. Seepage problem in almost all the rooms, no hot water provision in every room. Breakfast is mostly awful and even people skip their breakfast just because it is not there in time. Worst service by zolo seen so far. Just a word to the people asking for good reviews, make facility available so that people are not forced to write anything good for you all. If all the facilities are given properly as mentioned then automatically you will get good reviews.

Worst company to avail the co-living spaces.... Dont have any customer care team....bcz ur call is never received by customer care....most untrained staff and servicesIn zolo garnet, they are charging people almost double under the name of electric bill....looting people to makke profits.....no updated and proper software used.....no managers are present on the property most of the time....caretaker is not concerned about the tenants problems.Worst stay services i have ever come across.

Hi ! I just shifted to Pune for my studies . And currently staying at Zolo garnet, its been 2 months and still like the love from Arthi (incharge) and other housekeeping members .The rooms are perfect and all things are maintained well .Worth for money !!

Rooms are clean, the caretakers are friendly.F ood is okayish but there are places around here that offer meals in reasonable prices. After living in many pgs in the last 3 years, I shall say this one has been among the best
