Zensar as a company is good with the Project Flexibility , working hours , campus . however policies are too bad , one fine day manager may call you and inform about deallocating you from the project , and immediately he/she will initiate same in HMRS system. than PMO team will give us Assurance than once there is a project requirement we will surely inform you, which never happens in 3 months of Pool period. once Pool Period ends HR will call and ask to Sign TOSS form(3 months) which means employee will be a part of zensar.Also Toss has different rules :-only basic salary will be paid for 3 months along with the FnF settlement.-During Toss period if we are allocated to a project in 2nd months on Toss period we wont get Basic salary of 1st month.-Even at 3 month of Toss period if we dont get any project , company tell us to leave under Mutual understanding.Also while joining other company after Zensar , they ask us Reason for Leaving Zensar and the Payslips for last 3 months which is also very difficult to answer them as they dont agree immediately.Worst condition is for Freshers , they join as a Management Trainee in which they have secure Job only for 2 years , without allocated to project but what will they say about the experience of zensar at the time of interview of joining new company ?Sandeep Kishor i dont think so the ZenVerse App is helpful , because it never helped me to solve my issue.I request you to change Zensars Pool Policies as we plan our expenses a month prior based on our salary and it is very difficult to manage all EMIs , family without a salary.

Its like a government company, It doesnt matter how good or bad at your work, you work or do not work, HR is helpless, Manager doesnt have any powerful authorities to make any change, Yes off course it is heaven for people who just want to spend their life on the same position and doing the chatugiri.....Unfortunately I am one of the victim to face mentioned situation, That to Only because of 3 months notice period and you cannot buyback the notice period as they do not want you to go.

Went their for interview drive on 22 sep. After clearing all rounds, HR asks if I have any offer. I said yes. She says we dont encourage theese kind of candidates who ask offer on offer. Why did you call me for intw? This was already discussed on call previously (infact they only called those who were serving notice period and most had offers with them). She asked my expectation. I told her. She said flatly and very very rudely.. no need for further discussion..we cant offer that much. Then again why was i called for intw as this was discussed already on call and well communicated to HR. I came early morning and this HR round was at 7pm whole day no one asked us tea or food ..no food in canteen. Whole day i ate nothing expecting that my name will be called. After clearing all rounds what I hear from this utterly rude HR..NO NEED FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION.. believe me she was so rude even the security guard was 1 lac times polite than her.After that she says i have figure for you which is last and that was way too less than my expectation. I was tested.. i got exploded..i said (actually yelled)...when i got call for intw..i clearly mentioned my least expectation than why this last minute rude behaviour..i wasted my whole day without any food and just waiting and waiting(there were 400 people in drive) beleive me the way she behaved with me i will never behave with anyone in world...infact no one i know will.. Then she says go to company you have offer from.. it will be better for you.. who is she to tell me what i should do. Man...this is the worst intw experience i have ever had. May this HR go to hellll.... she surely will
