It is one of the tower in Magarpatta city, Pune. In this tower, there are many IT companies such as Capgemini, Crest. Only the employees of these companies have the permission to enter. This is one of the best IT city in the town. Paid parking is available for visitors.

Tower 8 in magarpatta City, having many companies in this building. Xento Systems and Springer Nature are two companies are at upper ground floor.

The tower located in Magarpatta city which is in Hadapsar area. There are many yower like this. Mostly this is the big IT area where most of IT companies located. Here in Tower 8 do not have covered parking. We have to park the vehicle in open area which is reserved for Auto Riksha. There are security personnel at every tower.

Multiple Multi National IT companies are located here. Magarpatta is clean green and beautiful.

Magarpatta city is home to a commercial zone, residential neighbourhoods, a multi specialty hospital, a shopping mall, multiple restaurants, a gymkhana and a large 25 acre park called Aditi Garden. It is a well maintained city.

Many of the It companies like ,Bny Mellon,Tata Elixa,Teradata etc. are the parts of the building.Good maintenance.

I am working here from past two years. This tower is in SEZ . It is well planned and structured. You also feel good and relaxed by roaming around SEZ. There is just one problem of eatery. There is just one option of eatery that is Chai Point. Its not that good. Apart from this the place is good. It is clean and well maintained. The base parking is also huge.

Cybercity tower 9. Good building, good parking. 6 lifts. 8 floors and 1 parking basement. But No eating point except 1 chai point. Fir exitsin all the offices. Security, camera etc. Not so green, centralizes AC which get off at 1800 oclock irrespective if office is open. Not dirty but not so clean.

The security and well planned area, good for office people a real corporate feel you will get once you visit this place.

They charge for visitor parking and also they dont pay attention to vehicles how they are parked , it cause difficult to get out your vehicle if its innermost lane or inside you can say.
