Few days back I have visited to this place which is known for its vegetarian affair and hearty meal from which they serves fast food and Indian dishes majorly. The place is simple with ambience but the food is just amazing and will recommend if you look for quality.Now coming to the food we had,Cheese pav bhaji which was good with loaded of cheese with properly cooked vegetables but seems to be bland for my palates. The butter pav was soft with slight coated of masala on it. Share the feedback on this.Masala pav Jodi was the best with proper spice and fine chopped tomatoes and onions on it. The masala filling was good goes best with some lemon juice drizzle on it. Highly recommend for this.Podi idli, button idli was topped with spicy podi powder which have the right amount of spice level with crunchy grainy notes of lentils taste awesome but little more amount of ghee on top would make it more better.Achari paneer tikka was delicious and totally amazing. Paneer was fresh and perfectly marinated in spicy-tangy achari preparation. The tandoor flavor make it more awesome. Recommend to try this.Mushroom chakori kebab was on the mark too. Mushroom was soft with green marination perhaps from coriander and chilli which was cooked on the point.Paneer chilli dry the best one so far, paneer well tossed in slight gravy chilli sauce taste was on point and would recommend to have it.From the mains,Dal makhni was delicious and goes best with flaky crispy garlic naan would recommend to try this combo.Kofta haryali the thick green gravy with medium spicy is finger licking good. Must try dish here.From the desserts,Mango Mastani was good with thick fruity notes of mango and perfect sweetness in it.Sizzling brownie was good, topped with vanilla icecream and pineapple on the bottom make it more awesome.Overall will surely recommend to check this place for hearty vegetarian affair.Happy Eating!

Good place for the family dinner. Clean and hygienic fast in service. Taste is good. Portion of dish is more. Biryani Hyderabadi and Lahori sabji was awesome. Pure veg restaurant. I have been to surya sagar for a dinner few weeks ago. Not so big fan of veg restaurant but surya sagar really did a great job! From masala papad to sizzling brownie, everything was really good!Starting with delicious masala pav and cheese pav bhaji, both were good in taste but masala pav was really amazing! Flavourful, just like i expected! Cheese pav bhaji was also good and good quantity.Podi idli and jini dosa is definitely a must try at surya sagar. Totally loved jini dosa, presentation was also good. For starters, it was more of paneer, achari paneer tikka and paneer chilli dry, paneer chilli dry was really tasty, soft paneer, mainly! Thats what i want from a paneer dish. Acahri paneer tikka was also good but when i ordered it for second time, taste was really different and strong. Tanginess was bit more killing the actual taste of paneer. Another starter was mushroom chakori kebab, i totally loved it. If you love mushrooms, you surely gonna love this one. So, give it a try!Talking of main course, quantity and quality was literally upto the mark! Sher-e-punjab and kofta hariyali with roti basket. Kofta hariyali was really tasty, i would recommend for sure! If you die hard paneer fan then go sher-e-punjab. But personally, i loved kofta hariyali. Also had dal makhani which was good in taste, but creaminess was lacking. Also had special biryani and it was mind blowing! Totally loved it, served like a matka biryani, quantity was perfect and over all, veg biryani do exist!After all this good and delicious main course, its time for dessert!Mango mastani, royal falooda and sizzling brownie. Mango mastani was okish but royal falooda litreally stole my heart! You can literally see the perfect layers of every ingredient and i was so flavourful. Highly recommended to try royal falooda! The reason Im giving them 5 stars is because they went out of their way to get a cheese pizza for my kids. Their attention to detail in terms of cleanliness is stellar. Their service is quick and food is tasty. Nice place. Will visit again.

If youre looking for a family destination for lunch or dinner then this place can be a good place for this occasion. Ive had family dinner at this place. The staff was polite and served us well. This place offers a variety of food such as punjabi, Chinese and south Indian. We had achari paneer tikka, cheese pav bhaji in starters. The paneer was soft and it was served with green chutney. In pav bhaji there was grated cheese over the top which was tasted decent with butter pav.In main course, we had dal makhani, sher e punjab paneer curry with tandoori roti, everything was good.In Dessert, we enjoyed sizzling brownie which was served with vanilla ice cream on the top. It was amazing!😍

Pathetic experience. They dont have enough staff to run the restaurant. You have to request them for Menu thrice and they give you Menu card after 20 minutes.Dosa takes 45 minutes...I hope they are not going to Udupi to serve the Best dosa on earth to their customers.Try other better nearby options. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE. Staff is not courteous as well

Bad experience. Soup was very salty. Asked them to replace. After some time they served the same soup heating. Restaurant was empty. But it took more than 1 hour to serve. Overall experience is bad.

Surya sagar is very good option in Viman nagar, it is very close to airport, about the food, it is good, not much spicy, good options, staff is very kind and supportive, must visit for vegetarians around. Good view, neat place.

I had ordered idli dosa, its awesome, once u must visit.

The interior is really beautiful but minimalistic. The food is good but the service does not match up. One will easily get confused by who is taking order and who is the one serving. We waited for around 25 minutes for our dessert to get ready. Also, cutlery is not properly provided until you ask them. The same is for water. Although I would recommend going there once only because the taste saves them. However dont forget, its a costly meal.

Situated on airport road the restaurant gives best vegetarian options. They have good seating space in both AC and NON AC segment. There is open seating at first floor within the main dining hall. Though this does not give you open air experience, it gives you little more personal space than the Lower segment. Quality of food is above average. Food is generally served within 10 - 15 minutes. General hygiene and cleanliness is good.

I want to give less than a star but there is no option for it, In Viman Nagar hotel should be good food with quality but this hotel dont deserve to be in the viman Nagar never gonna visit this hotel again, very worst quality of food bad taste of main course & starters, paneer feels like eating eraser or rubber no quality food same with the Veg Biryani very bad taste no salt & no taste. Rates are very high but no quality, Instead of this hotel I suggest go for the kalyani veg, krishna hotel & Punjabi spice.

This place has really good breakfast items such as dosa, idli, medu vada, pav bhaji, etc. We went to grab a quick bite but the food was so good and fresh that we kept ordering more and more!The medu vada in particular was amazing, super soft inside and crunchy outside. And the best part is that after ordering 6 to 8 items including ice cream and water, the total bill came up to around 500 bucks! Damn reasonable!
