Smart homes - 1, this was the first of the flagship Megapolis project . It came with its own set of problems, but not sure if you have experienced this - As it ages, a home / set of homes somehow grows to be more cozy and appealing. Perhaps the old trees give it a classy outlook. Have been a tenant here since 2013, 0 electricity problems , minor water supply problems in 2015 , but since then everything here has settled into rhythm . Summer mornings are pleasant , rainy ones are picturesque.

Best society with hygenic garden parking space. Two lifts for per wing. Security is very good. No issues for tenants.

Its a beautiful society with spacious flats inside. I really like how they used up space for vehicle parking , gardens n swimming at the same time.

From outside it looks nice but the quality of inside flat is very poor. Water problem happens daily.Price is high.
