Good service and therapist but not upto the mark as per prices.

I had one of the best experience of my life . It was very relaxing and uplifting. Nice place to have massage, even if you dont live in the hotel. The staff is welcoming, calm and professional. I am not that much fond of going to a spa but gave my first try on a friends recommendation. I must say it was worth going there. I had a wonderful time there. Life sometimes gets tough but one should not stop taking care of themselves. All and the team members at Spa knows exactly what we are looking for Specially I would like to thank Mr Sushil Negi Spa Manager who suggested me a treatment as I was first timer at the spa. . Very happy with the services. Thank you!!

I came in with a really bad upper body ache. Especially my neck and my shoulders. Lily the spa therapist was wonderful and put in a lot of time and effort to heal this injury. It went over our regular massage time but she only left me once I felt better. Thank you Lily and Sakura Spa!
