We considered buying with Pride Park express because of where the project was located and purely as an investment, the day was some time in Feb 2020 that I decided to sign the allotment letter. We have been living in Australia for the past 12 years so the plan was simple locate a decent property to invest sign the agreement and fly back in March. But things as we all know changed for the worst, with corona.Cutting the long story short, .Its first week in October we have completed all the payments, only to know from one of their very helpful executives that they won’t give us the keys until we have paid interest. I don’t think they even consider the very difficult time we are living in at the moment,The challenge with pride is dealing with inconsiderate and incompetent staff who lack communication skills and customer management skills these guys wont last a minute in the international market.Their only aim is it make a quick buck via their interest charges for their employers.I am not sure what will come of this because I am reading a lot of reviews that are genuine who are in a similar state as me a few years ago. I wish I had read this review back in Feb 2020 I would have certainly changed my mind and wouldnt have bought my apartment with this group.

From my experience, The Pride Purple Properties has provided me with a good quality real estate property in prime location of PCMC. The construction quality, the delivery readiness, the customer centric approach of the group is quite remarkable. Each of the inputs from myself were very well taken care during delivery. I wish them the best for their future projects.

I will agree with all the 5 stars here. I would like to add to this. The team at Pride Purple was amazingly calm and positive when I was dealing with them. I had very minor queries while dealing for a property purchase but they answered each of my query with a very calm attitude. We all know there are many problems we come across when purchasing the home. I was looking for my dream home and Pride Purple Properties offered me the best deal. I am almost close to possession of my house and I feel very relaxed and happy to finally move to my new home. Thank you team Pride Purple Properties

I own an apartment at Park street and wld rate township decently high.. nice basic infra structure and well maintained even after so many years with existing developments going on. Being a large group you need to take extra efforts to reach right person but overall decent experience till date

It takes us years to gather money for buying peaceful home. So , I would advise never to invest your money in Pride purples any Project. Since I bought flat in Park Street, my life has became hell due to their construction issues in my flat. Don;t expect positive or kind response from their management team, speaks very harsh. Its better to stay with issues, than listening their tongue. I caught myself in bad situation by buying my Dream house here. Please think 100 times or take advise from at least 10 different people before buying here. Not only me but many of my knowledge are suffering.

Most of the positive reviews are given by brokers or their sells person. For actual feed back, check with existing buyers directly. They have very poor construction quality and Park Express, Balewadi building was collapsed 2 year back and 9 labor died. Think twice before buying it else dont blame to govt in case of any misshapes.

I purchased 2 offices in Pride purple properties, dont buy any property from Pride, they are not giving possession on time, hidden charges, poor quality of construction and many more issues.

Having Really hard time in getting the possession. Charged hefty interest which could be easily avoided with proper communication. After speaking to management (multiple level folks) instead of removing these charges; they reduced part of money showing Beneficence to me. And also holding my possesion since last 3 months. I will never buy property in this group and neither would suggest anyone.Usually everyone feels good while taking the possession Of the house; but with so much trouble from builder, lost the charm of it.

Painful to deal with. I booked my flat in Nov 2005, took possession with specific car park lot . After almost 5 years same lot allocated to other flat owner. Since then I am struggling for to resolve the issue.No senior person is giving time to hear my problem.Executives at front level demanding VAT which is not applicable to our flat and that too with 24% interest quarterly compounding.

Recently had to meet a friend at PCMC area, he lived at a project named Park Street. I have always seen the project from outside and that day I went inside Park Street. Dint know that it is so massively developed project.You are welcomed with a grand round about, neat and clean, great concrete roads with nicely done payments on both the sides. It took me to his society. I was kind of impressed to see how the entire project was planned. Proper signage wont let you get lost in this township. The gardens we maintained, so was the swimming pool of this particular society inside Park Street.Spent almost the whole day with my friend. Later I realised that it was not the school friend that kept me glued at his place, but the nice and calm Park Street did.Wish I could buy a an apartment here soon. Actually, let me check right away.

Sorry state of affairs of STP as no drainage provided in park Xpress.Number issues in park Street and park Xpress. Think before buying

PATHETIC AFTER SALES MAINTENANCE DESPITE PROMISES. HAVE BEEN LEAKAGE PROBLEM IN THE WALL FOR LAST 2 YEARS BUT NO SINGLE OFFICIAL HAS ATTENDED TO THE PROBLEM DESPITE VISITING THE FLAT SEVERAL TIMES.

Visited Park street in Wakad..I was really interested in buying but my budget was just a little less than actual property price but I was almost treated like I am asking for free flat..Lot of attitude with sales people..

Not meeting the commitments and irresponsible behavior experienced many a times with respect to water and electricity issues

Poor brick work. @PridePurpleGrp has corrupt tie up with @mseb for cheating in electricity bill generation to creating virtual power outage. There are many hidden traps when associated with @PridePurple group.

While initial experience looks good you realise reality once you stay at property for few years. That is when real quality issues me poor service issue surface. At Park Springs Lohegaon we had several issues with basic facilities that we had to fight and get some work done before handover to society. But now after 4 years when I look back then severe issues with basic needs are still evident.1) STP stinks here too bad -- utter failure2) No water supply and no bore well : meaning we must pay to tanker mafia. Result ? Huge maintenance 3k + for 1100 sq ft 2 BHK3) electricity : biggest problem which makes me feel I leave in some remote jungle. There have been 4 major power failures longest one lasted 3 nights and 2 days. Mseb claims builder owns warranty for 5 years and builder says we were not informed of problem. Even today 15th July power went off at 2 am and after repeated complaints finally restored at 9 pm. Mseb told builder was informed but didnt do anything.Such big names in construction goes about building big projects like Pride World City but cant ensure quality of product and consistency of delivery ?Many tiles in my flat are breaking as they were not fit properly , other flats have leakage issues. Temporary shade Parking are sold in the name and at the cost of covered parking.Not a good experience at all.

These ppl fooled, Park springs lohegoan customers. No domestic water, no stable electricity to 400 familes. Horrible services by so called cheaters pride group.

Removed bad review, death of construction workers due to slab collapse.In July of 2016, Pride Purple developer was constructing Park Xpress Building in Balewadi, Pune. There was illegal construction going on for 13th and 14th floor. 14th floor slab collapsed leading to death of 10 workers. Developers are absconding since then. Developer is known in the local political circle and hence will possibly go scott free. There is a warrant against all the developers of Park Xpress.Please think twice before investing with this developer.
