Please dont shift in park Xpress its complete lie . This property is over rated . Not properly managed and also no power backup .everyday light cut and some time five time a day. No Greenery, no open space for children just for name sake small area . Highly disappointed by this place

Very nice location. It is on the high street. The society is full of all amenities and open space. The phase -2 management is very good. Neat and peaceful place for senior citizen and children.

Over rated. Over security, which is sometimes irritating. Guards and everyone around feels like they are some kind of military. Rules as if u are not paying them. Pls dont come. It sucks. I lived for 2 years because I didnt had option.

Good place to live with lots of open space and play area with basket ball availability.Pet friendly and few fathers also take thr kids on walk in evening to take a piss on the apartment wall educating them jungle lessons on how it would be like to live if it’s an actual jungle.

Its way too costly and the construction quality is still a question after the last incident of 10 people death. Whole project is hiding behind park grandeur project. There is best options available nearby like f residency which is more beautiful and price is less comparitive park express. Almost 10 to 15 lacs difference.

Its a worst society to stay.... ive been staying here past almost 4 yrs. Management committee is worthless. We r suffering a lottt. Some of the residents r sooo uncivilized that they never think before throwing sanitary pads to others balcony. Even they throw beer bottles from their flats to the walking path as well as on the cars... weve faced the same.

Nice area but little costly and unnecessary shown high class. Structure quality is still the question after last incident happened where 10 people died in neighbouring building. All Baner area including this remises is facing huge water problem. If Im not mistaken bottled drinking water was provided for almost 3 years by builder. Area is surrounded by all shopping malls and good places for eateries. Your own means of transport like bike or car is a must for this area though you would find a better connectivity by PMT bus.

Pros:-Location. With the second phase of Balewadi High Street and the new V18 complex almost getting ready, the location is a going to be a shopping, dining and clubbing hotspot in the next year or so. The location is very convenient for those commuting from/to Baner, Aundh, Pashan, Hinjawadi, and even SB Road, though the traffic on the Baner road is increasing multifold.-Security. It is taken very seriously here. The complex uses an innovative app MyGate for access control. There is a minor con to this, read on to know about it.-Amenities: DMart is located nearby and the Reliance smart is like 5km, so easily accessible. All other necessary services are easily available nearby as well as at the doorstep. The club house is equipped with a basic gym and a swimming pool. There is no playground as of now, but the phase 2 probably will have one.Cons:-Summary: Forget the basics of a quality life here.-Lack of green cover: The biggest problem of this apartment complex is, there is negligible amount of green cover. The only greenery youll find here is in the form of ornamental trees and plants.-There is next to none soft ground. All the open area is concrete.-Pollution: As a result of all this, the particulate pollution in the society is really high, and the area gets scorchingly hot during the day due to the lack of soft ground and green cover. Also, recently the construction of nearby sites has gained pace which has resulted in even more particulate pollution.-Water quality: The constituent societies take a lot of water from tankers. Also, either there is no water softening plant or it does not function properly, as the water supplied is pretty hard.-Due to the strict security policy, be prepared to face denial of services from nearby vendors who do not want to go through the hassle of security checks. An ID card is mandatory for entry into the premises, and if a delivery boy coming to deliver something to you forgets his, be prepared to go all the way upto the gate to collect your delivery. Also, mostly at night, the delivery boys are not allowed to bring their vehicles inside, and hence sometimes they would complain about the distance they had to walk :D

People giving 5 stars are brokers and have vested interest in the project. After 10 people died during construction of phase 2 (slab collapse) builder is giving up the responsibility and throwing the blame on the contractors. Actual inside scoop is that the material used for building construction is below standard and builder obviously knew about it. Also they were constructing 2 additional illegal floors by giving bribes to PMc officials.Please think twice before hard earned money here. Construction is halted for all of this builders projects.Builder is good friends with leaders of bjp and ncp, so will escape without any incident but quality of building would still be the same.Update 17/8 -Builders are absconding, news in my club is that police/local politicians and this builder is hand in glove. Builder will return in September and by then they will put the blame on one of the contractors completely. People booking apartment here - please have a structural integrity audit done by a reputed company before taking possession. even best - withdraw from this builder and buy somewhere else.Possession is already delayed and will delay even more plus you might will end up paying a lot of money for poor quality construction. its never too late

I have started staying in Park express since oct2015 and continuously facing water issue.Absolutely no water for few days which is very common in this society.The basic amenities are missing here.I will never recommend anyone to buy or stay on rent in this society.
