Worst society ! Please do not buy or rent here . Worst and corrupt commitee members. Residents are annoying and indecent . Even hell is better . I left the house mid month facing problems . Horrific . Sincere advice dont even look towards it .

Horrendous experience with the society, every society has a base of rules which are extremely essential to maintain order but only when they are logical,some rules just arent resident freindlyI had my freinds over and they were ill treated, feels great to finally leave the society

This was my first project when I started looking for home in Pune. After 2.5 years of long hunting, I didnt find better option than Park Street. Best things are prime location, more usable space in flats, superb modular kitchen, and good construction quality.

Project is good but heard about construction quality concern issue such as seepage. Also big concern for Ivory Phase-II is 132 kV line going backside of G building which is concern for F , G and H building

Certainly, one of the best society of Wakad & Pimple Saudagar area. There are many positives, I will list few as follows,1. Cream of the crowd. Matured, well educated & polished residents.2. Construction quality is good, most of the layouts offer max. usable space, aesthetics are top notch.3. Very spacious common areas, fully functional amenities.4. Landscape garden, swimming pool, club house is tastefully designed.5. Great connectivity.6. Though in Wakad but very close to Pimple Saudagar. You can reach Shiwar Chowk in 5 mins
