The rooms were ok. The plumbing from flush and shower were leaking on 306. However the service is what irritates the most. They take eternity to serve your requests. You have to remind them again and again to get things done. Its horrendous. When I entered the room there wasnt towel or electric kettle. After multiple followups I got all these. Then then kettle provided wasnt working. Again I had to follow up again and again. Was a pathetic experience! Also the approach road was a huge disappointment.

Need to improve in service. Plus expensive but no other better options compared to other hotels. Plus one can get confused with hotel monarch montvert as both have different locations. This is opposite wadeshwar hotel. Very much inside the lane. Not easily reachable for newcomers in the city.

I loved this hotel because of so many reasons. The location of the hotel is a bit let down but when I reached inside it gave me a good feeling which I liked about it. It was neat and clean and the room size was good as well. The charges of the hotel was nominal which I believe is normal for todays times. The food was tasty and the staff members were of great behaviour. I think these are the amenities a people search when they go to any hotels. Am I right? It was a short visit for me but I plan to visit again if I go to Pune. Only a small suggestion is that they should maintain the washrooms amenities a little more. Rest all fine.

Guys dont stay here, you will get lollypop on the name of senior management like HR and GM with no services. Corporate guests are being ill treated what else you can except. Surprisingly if you call at night there is no senior person to support

Everything was fine ..Staff was supportive too..Just mention that u dont allow visitors in the room ..As it was very disappointing for me as i have to tell my guest to visit me outside the property because of this rule ..Please mention it in the first place that visitors are not allowed in the room..And there was many mosqitoes in the room even if i had all the windows closed please look into these matters.The rooms were clean and tiday staff was helpful too.

My stay at Hotel Mint Montvert, Baner, Pune for 2 nights was commendable. I checked in late night but even then the service by the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was ready for me with clean washroom and bed cover. The breakfast was healthy and the staff attendend to my needs sincerely.One of my best stays at Pune.

The place is situated in a urbane setup but is placed in a remote side which makes it serene and calm to stay. The staff is good enough. The rooms are well maintained and things which are easily accessible and useful are handy. The ambience is excellent. There is no specific view from the rooms as such. The other services like WiFi, Air conditioning and Television are in good working state and I faced no issues during my stay with them. Overall a good place to stay in Pune if you are visiting the Baner Hinjewadi Wakad Kothrud area.

I had written raving reviews 2 years ago, only to take it back now! The service quality has gone down the drains. Not sure why the management was changed if you cannot do any better! The previous management (Starlit)was so good. If everyone thinks can run a hotel with cheap labour from NE, its not so. The day time receptionist behaviour was bad as well!

Location is quite to find as there is no proper sings on road. as par price rooms are ok, big clean, nice clean & big washroom. service also good. food quality need to improve.

What was once a fantastic hotel to find, is awful now in terms of services. Unless youre part of some economic group booking. Biggest shocker is the quality of services staff and responses. Saving grace is its still clean! Avoid!

Hotel was good as expected. No question about anything. No hassle whatsoever. Amenities were standard. Room was clean and Hygienic. Management and staff was humble and polite. Reception staff was extremely helpful.

A very good and peaceful place to stay. Bed was soft and spring, clean and neat room. Given 4 stars could have given 5 if the AC was good chilly and breakfast service would be faster.Rest cant complain for any thing will come back and give it other chance to improve.

Ambience was good and rooms were clean. Bathroom is also clean. But hotel is bit inside from main road which is difficult to identify and also for any food orders.Food is not at all good but one can always order it from outside.

Room was spacious & clean but there are few things that can be & should be improved, as below1- Room lighting - room was dark & had insufficient lighting; especially the area near the bed & tv; same was shown to the room attendant & also can be seen in the 1st pic.2- Food menu - only a very few items as mentioned in the menu card were available; 90% wasnt available; finally i took a nveg club sandwich for dinner. 1st when it was served the bread was not even toasted (uncooked bread) & when i asked for it, the bread was almost burnt; there wasnt any facility of grilling it. I had no option but to eat it.3- Bottled water - the water bottles kept in the room were of local make (ie. neither Bisleri nor Aquafina/Kinley or any other reputed brands, it cost only Rs 10/- per bottle).I suggest to pls look into above issues appropriately & correct them.

Stay at the hotel was good.hotel rooms are clean and noise free. staff are polite and helpful. hotel is near to main road. one can get autos and taxi easily from there. there was one issue though that i booked double bed room but was given a room that had two single beds. it might be due to non availability of rooms. overall the stay was very comfortabledo

Reception Staff is co-operative. Nice ambience. Food quality is fine however there are service delays & sometimes they do not attend the call for taking food orders. I had called them multiple times to place order for food but it wasnt attended. Finally I had to order outside food.

Amidst all the hulabaloo of the city this place will provide you a calm and peaceful stay. Sorrounded by greenery gives you a wonderful view. Attended a conference here. The conference hall is around 50 seating capacity with AC and projector facility. The food is good as well.

One of the best and most affordable place you can get in Pune. Obviously you wont get a 5star facility. But the rooms are good for the price.and the staff is very friendly

Ambience was good .. But the hotel staff was teribble.. They didnt even provide the dental kit.. That too was chargeable.. And when i asked them to give me a gel toothpaste instead of normal one.. They refused it even though i was paying for the kit.. Further, while ordering dinner, 70% of the basic things like Naan, Kulcha, Even some vegetables were said to be not available !Then the way receptionist was talking in the night shift was pathetic, however the morning shift person was good !One more thing to add, the location of the hotel is deep within narrow lane society so taking the cab and cars becomes a challenge.. Thats all from me.. Overall it was not that great an experience w.r.t. the prices charged by the hotel ..

Everything is good at the location the staff are very polite and friendly but they need more training to be fast. If u order anything it will be a long wait for it and u will have to ask for it at least twice. Peaceful location. Good bed and hot shower neat room.

The hotel is great. the room has a microwave and a fridge which is fantastic. also the staff is very helpful and friendly. the only thing they can improve upon is the breakfast service. other than that a wonderful hotel and great experience.

Hotel is Really Good and Staff as Well. Ambience is good !! Nice calm and secure place to live around !! i was here for stay while travelling other city and found it good. Interior and arrangement is good as well. Only one things just make sure the double bed are well in sync when joined.

Good for a quick stay, rooms are clean as such. I didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food. Not worth more than 1500 per day. I had issues with the WiFi in my room and was told to come down and work in the lobby, so not too happy about that.

Our stay in this hotel was very good. room was very clean and well organized. Hotel staff was very helpful and prompt in their services. Breakfast was served in buffet and quite good in taste. well recommend this hotel and give it full marks for all round services.

Went for advertised buffet dinner, but instead of asked to order the dishes we liked. Wasted lot of food. Many items were said not possible to be provided. There was just one cook and waiter, so each party was getting served one by one. I hope that was one day situation, not a regular scene.

Its waste of money. Dont book. There is too much mosquitos in the room. Staff is not good. No hot water for bath. Even breakfast is also not good. No good menu. Too much oily.

It was a good hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room service food was also good. The only thing is the hot water, you get hot water but u have to keep the water running to get it and as someone who doesnt like to waste water it did not feel right. Also the water is hard water.

The rooms were nice and clean. The washroom was a bit compact. Room service was nice. The food was not up to the mark and the service for food was a quite slow. The location of the hotel is nice. The scene from the windows was also great. The room also had a mini refrigerator and a microwave oven and a tea maker.

Pros:Working Refrigerator, Microwave, Reasonably priced.Cons:Extremely lethargic House keeping staff. Used food plates were kept unattended outside the rooms for 2 days, causing the entire hall way to stink.They have only one waiter, who is Bald and appears to be in a perpetually bad mood.I was served Water in a bottle of Sprite, when I ordered for the soft drink.The Kitchen closes at 3pm, so no room service after 2:45pm.Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, Despite the Clean my room tags hanging outside the room.In fact, I had to call the reception and remind them to send someone to do the cleaning.Also, good luck having any house keeping after 6pm, since that is when the staff leaves for the day!

My stay at Hotel Mint Mont Vert was very disappointing. The room was not to my satisfaction, with the paint damp from rains. The service was slow and I had dirty linen on the beds. The management took over two days to have the sheets changed despite my complaining several times. On my third night at the hotel, the room had a huge leak from the window and was filled with water due to the rains. Following this, I was provided with another room. However, this room had cockroaches and the hot water in the bathroom was very erratic. I will not be staying here during future visits to Pune.

Hotel room was as shown in picture, It was clean, Breakfast was not good, television have only free channels, Room Phone was not working. I feel cost was high compare to the service provided. So its a average hotel, but room was good.

It must be a good hotel when it was built now its not at all maintained..it gives a feel like you have come to a solidarity place. Restaurant also is not maintained and they dont keep food prepared before hand, cause of obvious reason not many people go there.

In last 40 years I have stayed at various hotels within & outside India. I rate this as one of my worst experiences. I list below only few points:1. The lobby & the reception are is deserted for most time of the day. It applies to the restaurant also. When I reached there on 3rd morning at 11 am, I had to go to the kitchen to call some one to help me with check in!!2. Since I had reached early, I had to wait - which I understand. The Receptionist was kind to allow us to get in the room at 12 noon though official check in time was 2 pm.3. Though there was arrangement in the room for making tea, I wanted to order the tea in the morning at 7 am from the restaurant. I had to wait for more than one hour for the tea. Reason? There was NO MILK AVAILABLE?? This is simply UNACCEPTABLE.4. I thought that non availability of the milk was an exception. NO. I had the same experience on the next day too!!!5. One morning we did not get hot water in the bathroom. After enquiring we were told that they had solar powered geysers & that day was cloudy hence no hot water was available. They did offer bucket full of hot water but that is not sign of a good hotel. I wonder what they do during Monsoon.6. The restaurant is closed between 3 pm & 7 pm. So you cant get any snacks or beverage during that period. Unbelievable.7. The quality of room furnishings, lighting, bathrooms is average.8. The location of the hotel is not known to most taxi drivers. They should keep proper sign boards at strategic places to guide new comers.9. On the whole its not worth money spent. The room charge with breakfast is costlier by Rs 400 than room charge without breakfast. It is exorbitant for the breakfast offered. I MUST ADD THAT I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH ANY OF THE HOTEL STAFF. WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN IS A REFLECTION OF THE POOR MANAGEMENT.In light of my experience, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I doubt about rating system of goibibo to recommend such hotels.

A nice hotel in the heart of Pune city...Neat and spacious room. Friendly staff. Even though its not on the main road, transportation will not be a problem. Call taxis are available.

Quite bad breakfast and attitude. The aloo sabzi was too spicy. the poha was cold. the tables were dirty and had dirty dishes which were not cleared for a long time. the omelette was served on a very small plate with two forks! the server did not smile once and looked very worried. I would be worried too, if this was the state of the breakfast

Room was good, everything else bad.No room service when you need. Tattered towels: we got one while we booked room for three; on asking for two more we got one more tattered towel. No bathroom slippers. Being from home or buy at double the price.Childish, inexperienced staff. It was not just mismanagement, rather it was no management.Breakfast time is written 7:00 am. When we went for breakfast at 7:20 am (because we had to leave early for an appointment) there was child poha and child idli (without sambhar or chutney), and their explanation was that breakfast time has changed to 7:45am. When we went again at 7:50 am for breakfast, it was still the same. Or complaints feel on deaf ears, and shameless and totally irresponsible staff. Horrible experience.In sum, AVOID THIS HOTEL.
