I given my throat and nose swab samples in Kothrud center on 29th March morning for travel requirement as I was travelling on next day, normally Covid test take maximum 24 hours to generate the report. I have waited for the report until 30th evening and I didnt get my test report, I had to call their customer care and labs to look into my test report status, none of them could able to find test status, not even sample collection entry in their system. I had to convince airlines that I taken test and awaiting for report and make an exception to travel. Later I put a long email explaining everything to their email support, thank god they replied. Then I started to call customer care and eventually I got my report after 3 days on 1st April by giving my email id to customer care executive, in the report I saw my address, phone number and email if mentioned incorrectly, how can we trust their test reports??? Metropolis lab is the worst place to go for your medical tests needs, they are very unreliable and non trustable.Not recommended.

WORST experience so far... The last place you should try going to for any of your medical testing needs. I had given a sample for my sons Covid test 52 hours back .... After lots of calls and follow ups, the unprofessional and non-conclusive response that i get is Sir we dont know when the results will come ... please have patience. This is when PMC has mandated test reports on covid to be goven within 24-36 hours maximum.Please dont go through the frustration and trouble my family is going through dealing with this lab.

Reports are inaccurate. This has happened twice with me. I will Never trust them again. Also report are delayed. Staff customer care is least bothered about the delay. Overall Junk.

Inaccurate report all over the metropolis centers. Wont recommend.
