Have stayed in this hotel couple of times and simply had amazing experience. The hotel is very well centrally located in a very posh location. The nearby area is quite and decent. It was perfect for a solo traveller like me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very much comfortable. The rooms are very well ventilated as it has big windows also which gives you cool view. The bathrooms are hygienic, well maintained and clean. The dressing area is an add on which I do not really find in other hotels at this price. The rooms are so cozy. I think it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers as well. Would love to visit again to this hotel. Keep up the good work.

The Hotel is well located. Its nice place if you can co-exist with cockraoches, there were quite a few in the washroom, and near the bed.Other than this the room was pretty clean. There is no in house restaurant, and they dont serve you even coffee before 8 am. For single travellers its pretty decent.

HOTEL OYO GROUP 9225 LOTUS is about 3kms from Pune Railway junction which is easily accessible. Its well maintained and the AC rooms are spacious and clean. Of course rest rooms too. Small car parking slots are available and the cars can be parked on roadside also.The rents are also reasonable.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and we have a pretty nice experience. Highlights of our stay:- We had booked a Non A/c room but were upgraded to an AC one , free :)- The rooms were very spacious- Extra mat, sheets and pillows was provided for the extra guest. The bed was extra comfy.- The room and the bathroom were pretty clean- The staff was extremely courteous with a smile on their faces. Special shout out to Narayan and other bell boys who took good care of the guests- Their breakfast has limited options like Aloo Paratha, Poha, Egg Omlette Sandwich, Idli-Sambar, Dosa etc and they make only one or two items per day which is included in the complementary breakfast. You need to have the item what they offer. In case you want something else, you can order from The Bistro menu . Coffee/tea is included in the complimentary breakfastHaving said that, whatever they prepared was pretty good. And the aloo paratha and the idli-sambar were particularly great.- And one prime thing about the hotel is the LOCATION...a super market is just in front of the hotel to cater to your basic needs and lots of good eating joints near the area.- They have Wi-Fi also which is around 2 MBPs speed by Tata Docomo. They provide you with a card with a validity of 24 hours. That should take care of your browsing needs.I will definitely stay here during my next visit and will recommend others for this hotel as well.:)

Decent lodging, nothing more. Good locality. Finding a restaurant was difficult. Hotel staff dont speak English to even guide us. No coffee or tea in the morning which is a must for me, nothing available on the premises. Complimentary breakfast is again a brought in for you and your choice is either olau parota or egg omlette is a lousy way to start your morning.

I stayed on 8th July 2019, they charged me more than the online price, they have no restaurant and availability of food in the hotel.in the morning they were not able to provide me clearly normal water in the room. I struggled for at least one hour for clean water in the bathroom. They promised me but couldnt provide a single bucket water to take bath. When I reached at the reception for breakfast they told me they cant provide as the time is over. I requested to understand the issue is because of them still they didnt compensate for anything. Staff was rude and neglecting.I was a regular client for them still they didnt care. Hospitality is least as few boys handle it.

Ive stayed at the Hotel Lotus 4 times in the last 4 years when visiting Pune. The rooms has Least been clean and the stUff KeYs has been helpful and well mannered. Its sell suited for people who want to be close by to the great restaurants and pubs at Koregaon Park and still enjoy some peace and quiet. Great place to stay for singles or family.

Rooms and services are excellent.

The hotel has recently broken their tie-up with OYO and are charging exorbitant prices for their rooms. You can try other hotels nearby which are available on various hotel booking sites and offer good discounts. No value for money at this hotel. They charge about 1900rs for single occupancy and 2400rs for double occupancy. You can try Park Central E-suites behind German Bakery for this price and the services and facilities are 1000 times better. If you are looking for a budget hotel then Hotel Sunshine is close by with good facilities and cheaper prices.

📍😊The hotel is located quite near to the airport and is quite affordable. The area is very calm and close to main locations like mundhwa, kalyani nagar, kothrud, viman nagar etc. It is a posh location, safe and has many restraunts and shops nearby🛋️🛌 🙂The rooms are decent - bed, wardrobe and restroom👨‍💼🙁Staff arent too friendly and welcoming. They arent uniformed and dont feel like professionals🥣😐 Morning breakfast was complementary. Options werent many - just sandwich or aloo paratha with tea or coffee. There is no restraunt within the hotel - if you would like to sit and eat💵🙂 Cost is decent for the room and the location. Worthy for a two people stay🚗 4 to 5 car parking space available in the building. The streets can also be used for parking the cars.😐 Good for a 2 people stay. Not preferred for single Traveller as the place looks deserted all the time and not very friendly.

Spacious rooms are available in mid budget range. Theres no restaurant here. Compliment breakfast will made by the hotel staff itself. Staff are decent n good persons. All staff are working from long time. So many times I left my excess luggage in this hotel and they keep it safe. Few Shops are available in surroundings n so many cafés, pubs, clubs are very nearby. Famous koregaon park German bakery is 700 mts away to this hotel

This place is in a very good location with reach of everything near it, you can say its a Posch location. You can find some street foods at walkable distance. Talking about the construction its not as you are expecting ki like you gonna find much more ya its satisfying but not mesmerising. Every rooms has balcony view. Amenities are there. But personally saying I had to wait along for getting my bills during checkout. Otherwise everything is good about this place.

I stayed here for 4 days.Starting on a good note, Hotel is on a one of the coolest place in Pune (ie: Koregaon Park). Hotel staff was very friendly, polite and co-operative through out my stay.Cleanliness was maintained in the room, however no hand-wash, soap and toilet paper I found in Bathroom. Wi-Fi is Ok, multiple connections aint allowed in devices. Works at times though :)Options in breakfast are very limited. They only offer Sandwich, Aaloo Paratha, Bread Omlette, Tea and Coffee . If you are looking out for something else other than these, youll have to order some or the other thing from places nearby then.

Great Hotel!! Complimentary breakfast was Aloo Paratha and coffee which was great! Clean linen. Clean and dry bathrooms. Nice balcony. It came down to 13*************/- when I booked using promocode and gocash. And for the amount I paid, the rooms were great.

They was asking the printout of the booking then I have to go to cyber cafe for printout so its not feasible some time. Apart from that every thing was good, service quality location and amenities are also well perfect. I had my food there which was good. Hotel was very neat and clean.

Booked Deluxe room but they gave me ordinary/normal A/C room saying deluxe rooms r not available/occupied. Rooms r small for the price. Beds r soft & not as good as Apple Tree which was classy. Service is very poor & the bell boy & staff r disinterested.Doesnt have any kitchen of its own.Location is good. Overall ok.

It was nice to stay over there. Hotel is fine. Service was marvelous and hotel people are very collaborative. Food was appetizing and very sanitary. Location is easily accessible. Nice hospitality and very clean property.

Its is perfectly located at the centre of Pune.very neat and clean.the staff are very polite. its a Hotel I would recommend to all business people as well as families. although no restaurant at the hotel, one can order from nearby restaurants and besides there are several Gourmet restaurants around the vicinity.

The hotel and staff are good.. has proximity to the Osho Resort and German Bakery...The Indian food here isnt great.. plus they didnt provide any choice.. even after checking that lunch is available or no... they said yes.. but later they didnt give us any option.I loved the room though!

Its a nice OYO. Rooms are pretty spacious. Cleanliness is good. Complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark. Parking facility is there and nearby area is a posh lane with good restaurants.

Very bad experience. Dont trust this hotel guys... I traveled all the way to pune by booking room over phone. After reaching here they saying different stories. Not at all recommending....

Four stars for the location. Very close to all the happening place . Rooms are decent and very basic . Breakfast is served in the room . Big balconies are a plus

Average service. Almost average rooms. Has parking for a car or two. Also has unusably slow, but free wi-fi. At least the neighbourhood is nice.

Ok for a brief stopover. Saw tiny cockroaches. Positives are running hot water even at 6am. And excellent aloo paranthas for breakfast (but kitchen opens only at 8am, do dont expect even tea before that).

Little improvement required as they dont do a little bit extra effort to make their guest happy

A good place to stay right in KP, easy access to all places you may want to visit. Has free wifi that works very well. Hotel doesnt have their own restaurant but can be arranged.

Poor room service, extremely expensive considering the service level and amenities. Not a single water bottle complimentary...one bottle with MRPof Rs.15 cost you 40 bucks. Zero value for money.

The place is good but there were no toiletries in the bathroom. Or i would have given one more star.

The property is very good cozy with very good and convenient location staff was good. But I am unsatisfied with website of fab group the were showing rooms are not available but I got rooms. This is bad they should promote such kind of property which is good and reasonable.

Reviewing while staying : hotel is moderate, however, its on the centre of koregaon means youll find everything outside from glass of pint to a 5 star chocolate bar.

The well-known hotel Commune is just 5 minutes walking distance away; while M.G and 4 km form the station and near to the airport as well.staff was very attentive and always take care of guests.This is the best place to stay.The rooms was pretty good as compare to other hotel of this range.Good stay for business traveler and for short time .

Best Property for stay in Koregaon park

Damp smelly and small rooms, WiFi just for namesake (0.04 mbps), awful breakfast, the RO water provided was in dirty bottles. Location is the only thing why you should choose to stay here.. else please avoid.

This hotel few months back was available for around Rs ****, suddenly they have increased their tarrif.Breakfast has no choice,, one dish and tea .The location of the hotel is excellent, right in Koregaon Park hub.
