This bank Regularly Calling me/ non-customers for taking loans. its really kind of Harassments if you get unsolicited calls from different different mobile nos. and all from This Bundgarden Pune Branch.

Very Long queue and no bank resource to attend at Bundgarden. Limited counter. Their digital app very strangely did not accept my mobile number ( _Same registered with the loan account_ ) and that added more time. Waiting for 1 and half hour is just too frustrating. Adding my Sr-Form number of 3rdSep2021 for reference of my authenticity.

Not even recommending single star so much irresponsible guys in this place and your employees need better training they wont even respond calls. My DD related problem has not solved still it is many days over now.Same they replied me to write a mail to them they will contact me attached screen shot for the reference there mail id also not deliverable, Absolutely a false information to customer by providing a wrong email id.

I visited HDFC retail loan service at Bundgarden Pune on 27.08.2021, my request for duplicate NOC was serviced within 50 minutes.Good Customer Service process available and prompt customer service staff very helpful to support customers. Appreciable.

Most worthless branch, worthless customer care and employees, refuse to supply loan statement to the customer rather suggest calling call centre or visit loan branch for statement. Even no loan papers supplied to customer. Just a last priority to have such bogus service, seems like psu bank.

Without disturbing complete loan EMI is started. But the things is no one called or email customer to know what is the status of DD which was issued by HDFC in 2020 and not yet presented to bank. Bad experience. Hopefully relevent team connect soon.

All the personal loan officers are cheaters and liers. And they keep making stories about what they informed you. First I was assured 10.49% interest rate and after 2EMIS I noticed they are charging 16.99%, they said it will be reducing.. after paying 6,7emis its still not reducing. They do not provide any support during these difficult time. The PL officer at Mohammedwadi branch Pune also cheated me with Ergo insurance saying it will be one time payment of 3600 and amount got deducted for 12months. I didnt even want this insurance. They are all expert in unethical business. They will go down to any levels to match their targets

We visited to forex department today,and we had Very very bad experience here. Very third class service they provide to their clients. Female staffs behavior was very halkat quality. They treat us like beggars.

Very poor service and experience. Its difficult to even think that so called best private bank of the India have ONLY ONE loan processing branch in Pune with limited counters. In the COVID times, people are standing in big queue with no social distancing which is unavoidable due to so many people coming in 1 branch only. Loan processing should be distributed and should not be centralized, HDFC should learn from ICICI.

Thses people doesnt even provide any info on the any status you ask...The worst experience and just going to wait for couple of days before making an complaint to RBI authority regarding this service and frauds by these people and branch...

I had very very bad experience. There executive are giving fake commitments. I have transfer my home loan to HDFC while transfering loan given commitments was totally fake by Sunil Pataskar and Govind Chavan. Every step took charges. I was very much unhappy with service of big name organisation. Hoping positive reply from there senior Mr Kasif Raza.

Very poor service from Bike loan department Mr.Tejas Sutar. Not a single documents received for Bike loan till date but EMI getting debited from account.

Went to get NOC for the car loan fully paid. Totally unprofessional staff, reminds of government babus. Useless. Many counters, but few are staffed. Gives large forms to fill, but not a single pen for customers. Too much time to serve one customer.Old fashioned bank.

Incorrect location. There is no HDFC bank in heritage house.If you are looking for Bund garden main branch , search for - HDFC Bank Bandh Garden or MIIT Marathon IT park .It is beside Dr gugle lane.

I am a customer of Union Bank of India. Union Bank of India ATM card had withdrawn Rs. 6,500 through HDFC Bank ATM machine. But only through the machine did I get two thousand rupees. Rs 4500 remained in the ATM machine. For that I had filled the ATM Dispute form. Now Union Bank Wala has checked the statement that they have said that HDFC Bank Wala has rejected the form so I went to HDFC Bank Bund Garden. He told me that four thousand five hundred rupees was sent to your account on 5th August 2021. So if I checked the statement of passbook after going to Union Bank, it did not contain the money on 5th August 2021. What should I do now? Suggest me
