Worst place to work ( Hinjwadi ) , There is no job security at all. People are working in fear because any time they may loose their jobs. They have asked almost all employees to resign and leave the company ,reason manpower reduction. Company has not cleared US FDA Audit and received warning letter ,which is available of US FDA website.Its complete failure of Top Management , they do not have control on their process , employees are doing data integrity because company values are not communicated effectively to all employees.Dear Business Directors , VPs of Emcure , Ideally you should resign first rather than asking thousands of employees to leave because in that condition one or two families will get impact rather then thousands of families.Just because of your weak leadership and poor management, poor policies now employees are suffering.I will appreciate Mr Satish Mehta , he spent so many years with such leaders, lost his business but he never stop salaries for employees even in loss.Dear HRs of Emcure , if employees are doing Data Integrity thats mean they do not have fear of your disciplinary actions. Atleast now you are doing good job and asking employees to resign, its challenging tasks for you. Appreciate for it.Mr Satish Mehta : Sorry to say but this is very unfortunate thing that Emcures headquarter is facing these days , You had employed so many resources but now they are leaving you on bad note. I hope as a Emcure family you can feel their familes pain. Good luck for your future endeavours. I hope these affected families as well wish for your success.This review is not given in heat , its truth for the company.
