Its good and speedy courier vendor. However for nominal and nearby parcel, they charge little extract than you actually want to pay. But good and trustworthy.

I booked urgent consignment of simple 1 page doc, which costed 150 INR compare to 50 INR in other couriers and for past 4 days its stuck in their pune office only, nobody is responding. NO SMS tracking. They did not even provide receipt or tracking number after booking, after a lot of arguments and hot discussion, i could get tracking number, and now my consignment is stuck in their Pune office for past 4 days because of argument, Its ridiculous and unprofessional, cheap people and cheap service. Raised concerns in DTDC helpdesk 2 times nothing happened. Would never recommend to anyone. NOT even DTDC service.

The location is deep inside the narrow road. Driving in is very difficult. The area nearby is very clean.The office is very small.Staff is friendly.The charges are very high. May be they enjoy the benefit of no competition nearby.

It is the worst courier service. they are very irresponsible. they dont do any follow up. also they charge a BOMB for a delivery. DONT EVER USE DTDC.

This guys service is pathetic. They said they will deliver it to Sawantwadi and we just have to go and collect it from the office in Sawantwadi. And now they are saying we have to go to Kankavali to collect it which is like 100 Km away. It is now over a week and now they are just saying we cannot do anything. This is pathetic service. They are not even returning it. My package worth of 4000rs is gone. So be warned! Dont go to this office. I wished I just should have couriered through Bluedart or palande couriers.
