Unskilled Employees , lady took more than 2-3 minutes to take the sample and syringe was inserted my skin for these 3 minutes and she was moving it from one point to another, which hurts very badly. My hand is still in pain.and the best part was the utter rudeness of the staff, Mr sachin was shouting. And as the lady taking the test was coughing and I inquired if she is vaccinated but apparently customer doesnt have right to ask that.

Even after explaining the entire situation, they carried out the wrong blood test for Hepatitis B. Also, 2-3 drops of blood came out while giving blood sample. Highly disappointed! Wasted my time, money n efforts

Why do you provide the contact number here if you are not going to answer it ? I have been calling all day to do inquiry about some of the tests and not once my call has been received. Really bad management and degrading the good brand name !!

They send report online via link, but whenuch trouble while collecting hard copy and they give various types of excuses like power not there, then paper not there, then ink cartridge problem,printer problem. Also when everything is available they wont print sayin not evryone collects hard copy. Instead of keeping hard copy report ready so customer can collect in next visit, they do such chindhigiri.

Alisha was great! The whole procedure was super smooth. I usually have trouble with the veins and she was able to sort it in one go. That said the test results varied when I tested things twice and that is worrisome.

Even though expensive, every time New un experienced lab assistant. Not able to take sample smoothly. Sorry 🙁

Worst experience:1. unprofessional people working at Dr Lal path lab Pimple SaudagarYesterday 30nove 2019, I yesterday I went for blood test, around 5:30-6:00pmDr lal Pimple SaudagarUnprofessional doctor insert needle Inside it, she start moving needle up-down to check the vein location, seriously who did this type of it...this is totally unprofessionalThat night, around 9pm I had blood clot at the area where blood was taken. I was worried, because this type of clot I was not expecting

Most of the reviews written as good job are by people working or related to path labs.There is no toilet and they still collect urine sample. We have to collect the sample ourselves in some near by public toilet. Ridiculous

Morning staff is totally unskilled. A girl staff member misguided my mother about her diabetes test prerequisites to suit her own convenience. She couldn’t even find the right nerve in three attempts for blood test. Worst experience.

Dr . Lal PathLabs pimples sudhar near Gold gym is worst place to be ...During morning hrs when owner is not there they have untrained staff ..Person seems not even certified ...I had a horrific experience guy tried to draw blood from me twice he pierced needel and he was unsuccessful and he even pierced it wrongly which caused blood clot on my hand ..I called up owner who came in 10 min and they can find my vein easily and can draw blood they scolded their employee ..As he was not able to do a simple task and apologized me and told me they generally draw blood themselves and dont let their staff do it unless they are stuck in other work or outside....But the matter of fact is why they let such untrained staff to operate when they themselves know they can not do it ...Pls avoided going to this centre or atleast dont let their employee draw your blood ...Do it only when owner is drawing your blood...Worst place ...Not ar all recommended

Pimple Saudagar Lal pathlab is the worst lab iv been to. They are just a franchise with illitrate technicians. They will take blood sample to center after 24 hours after which you will get wrong reports. My sons report says Female. Lab technician Geetanjali started arguing like a fish monger when I asked. My healthy childs platelet count showed 75. I told them he should be in coma if that was true, they said they were late in taking samle to the actual lab. This is just a collection center so never visit. Their charges are high too.
