This is kind of deserted building. The area stinks a lot of sewage. They provide sewage treated water for washrooms which is not even treated properly it has foul odour and very bad colour. You can see debris lying everywhere in premises. Security is not good and never alert. As them it is green zone area but you can see littering inside premises to burn garbage every now and then.

Building is good, but the management is waste ! They dont know how to efficiently run the whole system. Specially their parking guys and parking policies are childish. They will ask you to drive extra 200 mtrs instead of 50.. Weird parking rules.No trees, no sitting area in the campus, not much plantation. No greenery, no property cafeterias, except for private ones which are inside each company.

Corporate building for IT companies. Good security. Getting a cab from this place at 5-6pm is really difficult.

Good location and very well connected with rest of the parts of city.
