This is my very honest review about Aptara. I got a call from Mahalaya Kaur, she took my Telephonic Interview and said you have been selected and asked me to drop in for the interview next day. When i tryed to ask about the JD and my roles for that position, she smartly played with me saying that you have been cleared the first telephonic round and you come for the interview tomorrow i will explain you. As im a married women i clearly mentioned that im not at all ready to work in night shifts please clear this now. So, she said no its a day shift and you just come tomorrow and she generated an excitment in me. I stay at very long distance from the company and next day i almost travelled for 2.5 hours for the interview.Later, after my interview was done by the process manager and came to know from him that they are hiring only for night shifts i mentioned the interviewer that i have confirmed with the HR Mahalaya Kaur and she said that this hiring is for the day shift. Then he clearly said that even Mahalaya knows that the hiring is only for night shift and i was said that if you want to join you can join in night shift or else we are sorry!After this i waited out and called Mahalaya and told her that they are saying only night shift hirings are going and you told me something else. I asked to come and meet me im waiting at the receptation. I waited for long time she did not came, i asked the receptionist to call from the landline number and tell her to meet me as im waiting for her since a very long time. When the receptationist called she said ask her to leave if the interview is done and i will call her later. This was something so unprofessional, i still waited and kept calling her she said your interview is done and you may leave. I requested her to meet me. After 1 hour she came and showed as if she is the busiest person on this earth. She just saod your interview is done na and you dont want to work night shift so please leave. I was stunned for her rude behaviour. Later, i came to know she is the AM-HR.If a company have a HR like this, you can make out how professional that company would be.At the end i would like to say that this HR they have targets and they just want candidates to drop in fro the interview from their side to they give you all false information just for you to come and give the interview.Never ever take HR Mahalaya Kaur seriously she is fake she is selfish and when time come ahe does not face you.

Good and very nice structure of office. Sitting chairs also good. Rest room is also available and very clean. Reception table also available over there. Staff is also good in behave and communication purpose. Canteen also available over there. All type of break fast, lunch and dinner also available but only in vegetarian. Its own parking in the SP infosity parking lot.

I was working in FPG department,it was worst experience ever not good for female they abused and mental harassment Manager Vikas Singh and Amit Patel is worst.

Faltu company dont apply it very risky, no job guarantee....

It is located in one of the famous IT parks pune within the SEZ. The landscaping ive very good and Surrounded by trees and vegitations.
