Good place environment but selection process doughtfull

Pathetic interview procedure, unprofessional and very rude HR Neha Bhosle! I went for interview, waited for 2 hrs, no one came to collect the CV, handover to some employee who then pass on my CV with HR Neha, after 1 Operations round she said not selected, when asked for reason, she said one more operations round will be there. Waited for 2 round, the guy who took my 2nd operations round was more interested in knowing why there is a gap after my graduation and about my marriage plans. First of all, it is not compulsory to complete post graduation the moment you complete your graduation. As per my knowledge anyone can do MBA at any time, there is no time and age boundary to pursuing MBA! Secondly, its is also not mandatory for all girls to get marry because they are girls!!! Do they ever ask the same question to a male candidate in the interview? What is the the point of asking about marriage of a female candidate? Her previous work experience and performance her hard work is nothing? Then hd said wait outside for the results. I was waiting for the result and the Hr said I can leave for the day, I asked the result she said not selected, when I asked the reason, she literally ignored me saying I am busy now will discuss later! I waited for more than 2 hours just to know the feedback! Every time I am asking her she keeps on ignoring!! Worst HR I have ever seen! Waste of time ! Very unprofessional behaviour!

Now it is moved to new place

Its a spacious office with lots of employees compared to Chennai ADP office. The pantry is also big and spacious. There are several teams working on different products of ADP.

HRs are great but operations manager should know the importance of hiring

I am working in team called GV TIER 1 managed by mr Louis johnson in hyderabad . This team has the largest gossip mongers and the performance scenario is so badly managed by mr johnson ... they dont give any training for complex works and expect employees understand in 2 hours... the seniors expect a cushioned life and are protected and favored by mr johnson who himself has been in the company for donkeys years just warming chair and earning money ... no knoledge and skills with him... its all about keeping quiet like a donkey and donkey work if you speak against tenured people they treat u like criminal and force you to resign ... hypocrites may you be cursed

It is the best company to work with and believe me it an honest review... i have worked with many other companies but the way they treat their employee is way diffrent then any other company... they value yiur needs and make sure tht you are utmost comfortable... also the selection is bit lengthy and joining as well but apart from that they are trully awesome.

It is in outskirts of city...best way was to go through pune station ...location is around 5 kn ahead of hadapsar....

A bad HR ever I see, all the time playing same music ADPer which after some time get irritating. Is ghar se mai chala us ghar ko mai mila, ye bhi ghar vo bhi ghar mera.. it been 2 months and when ever I see ADP this songs comes to mind. So irritating the song is after some time. Also HR needs to be educated the difference between and/or/ Mandatory and all. They should check with the requirements.I was here for Pricing Analyst Interview. When I entered I see a girl and directly asked her in Hindi that I want to meet so so hr and she directly introduce to me that she is a HR and I continued speaking in Hindi with her by the time she actually took my interview. I still remember her name but dont want to disclosed it. She should read the job post thoroughly and understand the meaning of and/or/mandatory/preferred but not mandatory.Hope after this post ADP concern person will modify the the songs and understand, given proper English training to HR.If you find my review helpful please like and share.

The security and HR are thoroughly unprofessional. The HR especially Neha Bhosale &Preksha Jain post job opportunities on Naukri portol and when people actually visit the company they coordinate with the security and ask them to go back without facing interviews. HR should understand that time is valuable whether it is thiers or candidates. Extremely dissapointed . People who are looking for a switch, If you have referance then you will be entertained, if you are genuine then Not.Management should hire some professional HR.Good employees will only be hired by a good HR.
