I have purchased art supplies from Maxa twice and they have a good selection on their site. On my most recent purchase of Sennelier paints, first I made a mistake of not checking the default address which was an old address. They redirected the package without fuss. Then the delivery never happened but the tracking showed delivery was done. Again they coordinated with courier and finally I got the paints (wonderfully packed might I add). Thoroughly impressed with their excellent customer service and support!

Simply amazing and is near to my place. Thats a plus. You get all major brands there. Right from the usual Indian brands to popular international ones. If they havent got something and you need it. They even make it available for you in a couple of weeks max. They even give good suggestions about products and the products they recommend are sometimes even easy on the pocket than the ones you originally planned to buy. I have even seen them guide beginners in a very patient way, explaing everything from brush care among other things. Havent shopped online from them yet as I stay close by; but from what I see, the reviews about the same arent bad either. To sum it all up, the best shop among all other shops on the same street.Guess what, going there today again as I ran out of scotch tape and need a tiny palette knife too.

Disappointed by their online service where for a simple paper shipment I was being charged 700 within Pune. I visited their store and was the worst experience when the uncle started shouting for no reason. The fact the customer travelled all the way to pickup the paper n check some other things wasn’t important n treated well. I have never experienced such behaviour when I patiently waited for 10-15 min to figure out the pricing n had to leave for an appt. they don’t need customers n neither will I go back ever again.

The shopkeeper was eager to sell stuff had a variety of resin moulds and was willing to order stuff for our requirements.

Called them up to ask about hot glue gun stick and person at the phone said I dont have the time to check the size, come yourself. A simple please call later wouldve sufficed.

My Pune trip is never complete without a visit to Max enterprise. Loads of variety and authentic stuff. Their Chitrapat papers are one of the best affordable papers in the market. People in the store are extremely humble and guide you at every step during shopping. My experience has been awesome everytime.
