Had a great experience at Vision expressThey explained what the tests were for, and what my results were. I was listened to, and helped with my choice of glasses, without being put under any pressure.I felt they were concerned about doing the best for their customers, and not just out to sell glasses.So I strongly recommend.Also, store manager Mr.Vishal seems very professional, polite and staff was very nice and friendly. I was very comfortable with the way they handled the Covid situation rules. Excellent service all round.Thank you

This was the second time I opted for Vision Express but they sold me higher quality glasses with actually low quality. The glasses have developed scratches in just a matter of 2-3 months whereas my earlier glasses started showing signs of wear and tare after more than a year.Looking at the other reviews I regret going ahead with them.Grow up guys, look at your reviews and try to fix the quality issues. We understand youre offering everything at a low cost but if a customer is opting for a higher quality plan, please stick to it.

I am giving one star because no option for zero. Worst quality glass. When I contacted store to explain quality issue, they suggested me to contact customer care.

Worst experience. From last 3 days they are saying we will give you next day with new excuses.

The worst experience I have ever had. Store vision Express, seasons mall, Pune.It took 2 months to deliver the spectacles. They convinced us to buy progressive lenses but after it got delivered, visibility was not clear. They said its due to big frame and they asked us to choose smaller frame, still the visibility was not clear. We asked them to refund money but they were not willing to refund. So we asked them to keep 1st frame and bifocal lenses. It took near about 20 days to deliver. They dont follow up for anything and the worst thing is they dont even respond properly and will give you foolish excuses.

Overall very good experience, checked my eyes on 18 Jan 18, The way of checking eye number is good and technician done it perfectly. They have very good variety of frames and lenses to choose from. Selected Gold package and order placed on same day. Got SMS on 23rd Jan about Order is ready, collected the same on 24th Jan. Overall very good experience.

Still havent got the lenses I has ordered.Its been long overdue.Unless you are following up with them regularly, you wont get what you have paid for,

I had placed order on 05th Nov, they said specs will be delivered on Tuesday but today they betrayed us. They didnt give the specs and I may get late for my flight. Thereby missing my chemistry lab. Thanks a lot. Kill me now.

Purchased a frame from Vision Express, seasons mall , magarpatta and requested to fit it with my existing lenses. The store delivered it with multiple scratches on the lense hindering field of vision. Now they are unwilling to replace it.

There were problems with the glasses of my spectacles I brought from Vision Express. I asked them to change them. To change the same it took 1 month from the date of submission. I had visited Fatima Nagar branch way back and I never had any issue after purchasing lenses from there.

Asked for home delivery with bill through email. They did delivered at home and took the bill but havent sent bill as promised even after 3 days at Seasons Mall Pune. I did called them from uk to send the bill. Waiting for their email bill as promised in 5 min.

Made wrong color sunglasses and asked to correct it.took lot of time.nobody knowing when I would get it.

They let you buy spectacles by commiting timelines which they do meet.Very bad experience.

It has been more than 2 weeks that i had ordered for contact lenses, I still havent received it.

Very poor service. Twice made wrong number contact lenses. And for replacing with right number ask extra payments. Every thing they will put as company has asked for.....
