Frames are not comfortable. When a customer choose a frame staff should explain what is the difference between the frames. The frame which is Im using is not comfortable and curves of frame are very sharp so I cant use the glasses for long time.l paid 2800 Rs. for 1 specs.

Poor pathetic bad service with unknowlegable staff.

They have been offered us in 2800 rs 3 specs with glasses. As well as 1000/- rs gift card. but I am not satisfied. Hence I would suggest that please think before going to this store.

Pathetic service, unknowledgeable staff, worst quality....I bought one frame which had alignment issue...But when I asked them about it they said I chose wrong frame, in light weight frames, there is always alignment issue (surprised with this answer) then they agreed to give me another frame for free of cost...I just had to pay for glasses...I agreed...I asked them to show only those frames which have no alignment issue(as they said me earlier that heavy frames are good)i chose one of them...checked..Everything was ok...I placed an order..After two days they called me saying my order is ready but when I went to collect it...Again alignment issue...I showed them...I asked 1-2 customers..Even other customers said that their is no alignment...But staff was not at all ready to accept and they started blaming me that I m doing all this just because I want refund....A BIG NO FOR MEGA VISIONNear Dhayari Phata.
